"I have been dying to share this review about our cooking experience in taormina for months! I was on my way and had other problems with christmas, so it had to wait so I could devote the time to... it deserves! we have discovered our first night there by chance and stumbled over this extraordinary cooking class. Now we've never taken another cooking class so we can't compare anything, but what I can tell them is that the food they taught us to make was the BEST food on the whole island we had found in our one month stay! They can see these pictures and videos of eating as they are created, but if they could experience the flavors. omg! I don't know how they do it! haha they served a charcuterie board that was incredible and we learned something we loved and never tried. they had honey and an apricot jam on the board to try with their cheese. wow! We have never tried this before and it was divine! try it at home! the caponata shown here was from the charts! we never tried, and I couldn't help. that was the one I had to have more! it was really incredible! the ambiente, just walking up the unique staircase as it was this historic building with the beautiful old door was so exciting and tempting! it was so festive! the finished products were exceptional mouthwatering! salvo was our sweet cook, who was very patient with us, and loris explained everything we did and was so informatiw and also very friendly. at the end of the delicious courses served with incredible local ätna wein (taormina is right next to the ätna, the most active vulcan in europa), we found out that maya, the cute blonde girl in the picture, was the fabulous owner of this amazing cooking class restaurant (there is a restaurant above where the kitchen is that all these same phenomenals served! maya is responsible for the funny design of cooking restaurant that I loved to find out because I appreciate women who go after their dreams and let it happen while a great work! to say I recommend this class when they go to taormina is a huge understatement! it was about or so hours and we enjoyed every bit with which we cloged ourselves! they even sent us a pdf of all recipes that I will try soon! Many thanks to the team for the time with them unforgettable and delicious!"

come da titolo il locale si trova proprio sul corso principale della splendida taormina. posto splendidamente arredato, ampio menu e qualità e cortesia pazzo. Andiamo.

The ambient is nice. But I was really shocked that the noodles were seemingly not self made. Moreover every table around us got some bread as an appetizer except us. In the end the portions were a bit small for the price. I think there are better places around.

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per caso e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta. I primi che abbiamo ordinato hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, così come l'antipasto e il vino. Il locale, curato e arredato con gusto, offre una bella sensazione di intimità e tranquillità. Accoglienza e gentilezza notevoli. Da provare!

the entry of the restaurant may see a little traditional, but the kitchen is really innovative and of excellent quality! service very friendly! the pulp dish with fresh orange and lemon was wonderful, the thunfish with sesame crust tasty. fresh pasta (pesto gnocchi and lamb ragout) very good! excellent wine selection. we're coming back. great restaurant in the city center of taormina. we actually found the entrance by chance, but it was the best accident on this day we had an amazing dinner on a beautiful cozy terrace full of basilikum not only that the smell of the big pasta before us made happy, but also the fresh crimsons next to the tables were amazing the owner had a nice feeling of details as they see well in every corner of the restaurants. my favorite was how they decorated the tables a lot pasta under the glass plate next time we will be definitiw back! great restaurant, great eating and a super friendly host!

Se vi capita, come a noi, di passeggiare per Taormina e imbattervi in un simpatico signore che si esprime con una cadenza marcatamente emiliana, dategli retta perché vi guiderà in uno dei migliori ristoranti che abbiamo provato in Sicilia. Ne abbiamo già parlato con loro, il nome non è molto accattivante: Il museo della pasta allo stesso modo il signore bolognese è un siciliano poco credibile, ma una volta seduti la musica cambia. L'accoglienza è calda, pur rimanendo professionale, gentile ma non affettata. Il locale è piccolino, raccolto, bene arredato, anche se in certi aspetti un po' angusto, ma assolutamente piacevole. Le apparecchiature sono semplici, c'è un leggero richiamo alla sicili...
