Nando's - Speisekarte

It was our first visit to Nandos in a long while. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was great. We really enjoyed our visit .

Absolutely terrible, on three separate occasions they have left out dishes from our collection order. Only one of the three occasions was the restaurant actually busy. Won’t be using them again.

If you eat in this Nando's take your fur coat the place is very cold and by the time we had finished our food it was cold, had to keep our coats on. Also had to ask for plates for our sharing platter. Speisekarte ansehen

You have forgotten my dad's coke twice. Tonight you told him it was in the bag and it wasn't. And the wait time was very long, 1hr30. Even for a Friday this is a long time. You need to hire more staff to fix this, and pay the living wage.

Just visited Nando’s for the first time. I ordered a chicken wrap which was wonderful. I asked one of the members of staff if they knew who had cooked my food and they said he was called Mark. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be visiting again!

We had been shopping at the nearby Ikea and decided to stop in for lunch before travelling back home. The restaurant was busy, but it didn't take long for our food to arrive after ordering online through the app. Food tasted great and filled us up. Rang yesterday at 6pm at the off chance they weren’t too busy, they said they were quite but didn’t take bookings, and that if we turned up we’d be sated promptly. Turned up after a 20min drive to then stand outside in the rain for 10mins with about 10 other confused customers before someone eventually came to the door to say we needed to scan a code a join the booking list. After doing that we were then told to come back in 45mins for our booking.....I don’t think so, or any time soon, you’re booking system is seriously flawed.

The restaurant was less than half empty but the staff were asking people to wait outside in the cold and wind because the kitchen was busy. What would be a better idea would be to explain the situation, sit people, get them a drink best case and they will understand a minor delay. A lousy attempt to link it to Covid was equally poor and not inline with any government policy I’ve seen. Pretty immature approach. Bizarre as they then allowed us in to wait for a takeaway inside which was ready in 10 minutes so unclear what the problem really was. Okay food but really just need to consider the situation from their customers perspective.

Went to this Nandos for the Eat Out to Help Out promotion on 5/8/20. You scan a QR code on the window which was quick and meant it was contact free this then puts you in a queue and gives an estimate. It is a long wait (ours was 2 hours and we went early evening), but there are plenty of shops to browse and the countdown on the website was accurate. We were seated by Scott who was helpful and explained how the new system worked very well. The app was painless to use and the food came quickly and was very good and great value because of the deal. We also had good service from the male manager/supervisor in the blue shirt who was upbeat and got refills and sauces for us. The new normal Nandos... Speisekarte ansehen
