"I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I went out for a nice meal, but we were told we would be seated once a table was free and that we would receive a text in about 20 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, we returned to find out that they had tried to text us but it didn't work. We were eventually seated and placed our order easily. The appetizers and main courses arrived quickly and were tasty, and the waitstaff was friendly. However, we waited for about 30 minutes for our desserts, only to be told that they were out of stock and could only offer us a refund or some brownies. We opted for the brownies, but they never arrived, and despite the restaurant emptying out, we never received our dessert or a refund. Overall, the food was good but the customer service was lacking."

Had butterfly chicken, wings, a burger, and some deserts. Everything was actually incredible. Best food we've had in England in the 6 days we were here. I cannot recommend enough.

Great service, I was surprised how quickly it came out considering it was fairly busy. Despite this the food was cooked perfectly and service with a smile and light conversation with the staff. I can't fault the relaxed service! Speisekarte ansehen

Not much you can say as its a chain restaurant but this one is better than some of the others in Southampton. Loads of parking nearby. To be honest the whole area is a bit run as really suffered when the waterfront west Quay opened.

Food was hot and tasty, limited sauces available, no hot ones any more unfortunately. The lady who served us was awesome, really helpful and welcoming too, she was racing around working very hard, deserves a raise! Unfortunately it’s rather noisy in here, best to go about 1.30pm.
