Nando's Feltham - Speisekarte

The title says it all really. Nandos is our favourite eating place when we’ve had a busy day and want something hot and tasty I wouldn’t go to the Feltham one again

I went into Nando's in Addlestone to get a quick takeaway on my way home. I was astonished to have been asked where I was from before being let out he actually held the door shut until I answered. Being of mixed race decent it really irks me to be asked where I'm from. I am from the UK!!!!

Ordered food at 7.30 order no 2687 takeaway But food did not arrive till 10.pm Called the deliveroo after 20 min wait on call they answered and told that nandos runout of chicken What a joke nandos runout of chicken???? I understand if any issues they should call and let us know why its delayed I am really dissapointed

Came into the shop and was greeted by mustafa and his sparkling smile. Asked me how I was and if I was alone, instantly got my own booth and was given a menu and told if I had any allergies please come to the till. Also pointed towards the toilets and cutlery and sauce area just to remind me. Food was nice and hot, absolutely delicious and mustafa came to check on me to see if I was completely satisfied offering desserts. He’s a very good waiter.

We went into Nando’s with our 2 children Adults. We were told we it was a 50 minutes wait. We put our names down and sat in the car as we had been traveling for 4 hours from the North. We got a message after 40 minutes we walked back, it didn’t take us more than 5 minutes to walk back . Then we got there and they had sat another family there . The customer told me she came in, they asked asked how many people she wanted to dine and she told them and they sat her down. We had to wait for another further 24 minutes. I think the system is not effective as some one can just turn up and they sit them down yet other have to wait over an hour.

I arrived here today to join my friend for lunch. I got there first. There were only about 6 guests dining. I waited to be seated. There was a staff memeber behind the counter who saw me but did not acknowledge. Then another member of staff started to approach me and while doing so, stopped on the way to start picking on a stain on his top showing his midriff (totally oblivious) and was still doing this while I was still stood there waiting. Again no acknowledgment. I left in the end as I felt if this was the kind of service I was going to receive I was not going to enjoy my experience here. If this is the attitude of the team there then I can see why the place was so quiet!

Recently ordered to collect food from the Branch in Uxbridge. I can confirm that I have eaten at the restaurant. I think the quality of the food is gone down. The Chicken is greasy and looks like it is on a diet. More important the Nados taste in the chicken is almost bland. Further, they have reduced their portions dramatically as can been seen from the pictures. The box for the rice is half empty. They using the same size box they used to put olives in to out their spicy rice. For what they are charging you, you can get cheaper with bigger portions in other places. For what I got in relation to the quantity and quality of the food verse the charge, in my view its was expensive, COME ON NAN...

I went to this nandos to order some dessert for takeaway. Firstly when I ordered the staff member at the till was shocked at how much dessert I was ordering. I then asked him to put the chilli on the receipt for me which he did not do. I then asked another staff member to get the chilli added on for me and they said they could not do so. I then waited 20 minutes for my order at the till. In that time I watched all the people who came after me be served their orders. I was then asked what I was waiting for, and then a manager came over to retake my order, as I was told it had not been put through even though I had paid and had a receipt. She then made a note of the order again and she told me...
