Visited yesterday for a takeaway .very busy and consequentially took a while to be served . Nice Chinese though .All tasty and hot

Wonderful food, however have had a few issues in the past with one employee there but the food is fantastic. Reasonably priced and often a quick service

Fantastic takeaway you can tell, because it is busy we usually call ahead great choice of dishes, delicious, priced right, friendly and quick. What more do you need!!

Excellent meal. Large choice. You may want to ring your order thru first. It is so popular with the local area. But If you can’t phone your order first it is worth the wait.

Ordered two dishes and were told it would take 40 minutes. Ended up waiting for another 20 minutes, there was no apology and the member of staff didn’t seem to care. All you want is a smile and a bit of customer service but maybe because this takeaway has the monopoly in Bedale they don’t feel the need to bother!

Food was ok but service appalling. Ordered rice and curry at 6.30pm and was told it would be ready by 7.10pm. Hung around until 7.30pm and the food was finally done. The young lad behind the counter was surly and ignorant and offered no customer service. Unbelievably they do not take card payments on Friday as they only have one phone line.

Having taken 10 mins of calling to get through over 60 redials place our order at 18:10... told it would be 19:00 for 2 dishes... ok fair enough... 19:30 still waiting in shop for food having been told that phone orders are put to the back if the line over online orders... this is disgraceful service from a shop which I've know and used for 30 years!!! Will not be back...

During our stay in beadle the takeaway was closed for a few days for refurbishments. When it reopened we telephoned our order in for collection. The young English lad quoted us that it would be ready in 30 mins. When I arrived for collection the shop was full .Many had not telephoned in so were waiting for there orders. My order was finally provided 20 mis later. Poor service but I hope it gets better . Nothing worse than poor service. On a positive note Food was GOOD.

Tonight, fancying a Chinese we rang and ordered our food. House Special Fried Rice was asked for with NO prawns and a Chicken Curry with chips. My hubbie travelled the six miles to collect the food. When he got home I dished it up, and sat down really looking forward to it only to discover prawns and meat that was totally inedible, even the dog took convincing to eat it!. We rang to complain only to be told by the man,that he had wrote our order stating No Prawns and that we were to return the food for it to be made again this time as we had stated. He didn't even apologise or seem concerned in any way! This could've resulted in a very dire outcome if this had not been noticed. If any specia...
