Fantastic place run by lovely people! Stopped today with my dog for a coffee to go and nearly all the staff were out to see him, even got a free sausage Bodhi loved all the attention, I visit every time I’m in Newcastle.

arrival at 3pm bank holiday Monday after the hiking slieve donard. it was packed and the employees were run off their feet, but still remained friendly and efficient. had a club sandwich and a Cuban pot roasted sandwich both very good.

You're not spoilt for choice when it comes to coffee in Newcastle and there's not much to choose between the various establishments but I like this place. Great coffee, generous tray bakes and great food if you're a bit more hungry. Good space between tables and a great staff Speisekarte ansehen

I stood in line before 1:50 pm, as breakfast service ends at 2 pm. I was asked for my order at 2:04 pm, but they refused to serve me from the breakfast menu because it was past 2 pm. It seems ridiculous that in a matter of minutes, they could not use common sense to accommodate one customer.

Have eaten here numerous times and we are never disappointed. The food is great ,fresh ingredients and cooked to order. There only downfall is their facilities, being as busy as they are these need to be cleaned through out the day. Theres always a patch of water on the floor, its an accident waiting to happen and the room itself would benefit from a deep clean. The staff are fantastic, nothing is an issue with them ,very pleasant and professional.

The last time I reviewed this restaurant, I was pleased to give it top marks. The young blonde girl, Michelle, was a fantastic asset and we always enjoyed our visits. However, since the Covid pandemic, we have noticed a significant decline in quality and service. During our recent visit, we decided that we will not be returning to Niki's Kitchen Cafe. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and it seems that the restaurant has lost its charm. We will be spending our money at other dining establishments in Newcastle instead.
