If you're lucky enough to be traveling through Provence this summer, this little gem should be on your itinerary. Hosts Stephanie and Sebastien welcomed us warmly with a regional rosé and homemade tapenade. The menu selections are carefully curated as everything is made in house...and almost entirely with local products. My husband and I shared a plate of fleur de courgettes (zucchini flowers) with a fig coulis that was refreshingly light and tasty. I followed that with a perfectly seared tuna steak while husband took tender calamari in a chorizo sauce.
