Ok Catering At The Chequers

Visited at lunch time today (22/01/2022). I had the scallops followed by sausage and mash, absolutely delicious! The service was great and the food was freshly cooked and the portion size was perfect. We'll definitely be going again

Lovely place to eat, the food is excellent and the service first class. But.... for me, the portions were far too small for the price paid. It is the only thing they are getting wrong. So, it a nice place to eat, without doubt, but don't expect too much on your plate.

I had a wonderful meal. We started with a delicious brie appetizer, followed by a tender filet steak and succulent lamb shoulder. For dessert, we enjoyed a trio of delightful treats, including a brownie that was cleverly placed on the cheesecake plate. I truly can't find anything to fault.

We had a wonderful dining experience with great value for money. The pavilion was fantastic, and everything looks stunning at night with the pretty lights. However, we were disappointed twice in May due to the cold, and once again in July. Despite this, we will definitely return and recommend visiting it.

Amazing pub in Weston. First meal out since lockdown, they had great open outdoor space making it comfortable to eat outside. Good variety of food and decently priced. Not giving 5 stars as the veggie burger was suppose to have sweet chilli mayo but they forgot the mayo, making the burger. The pull duck burger was delicious according to my husband. The service was a bit slow, but it was busy so expected. Will definitely go again.

tonight with my family 17 of us visited all) we arrived early for our meal and sat outside in the heated opposite, it was fantastic so we decided to sit there to eat our meal. eating was some of the best we ever had to die frying and dessert amazing! the staff was very friendly and chatting, the waiter could not do enough for us! I just wish we were closer together to visit regularly! but the next time we are in lincolnshire, we will be deffently pop again!

Delicious food, but what impressed me the most was the staff. Even though they were quite busy, they remained attentive to us. They informed us that we could take a long walk since it would help them manage the kitchen better, and they explained the wait time, understanding if we preferred not to wait. I really appreciated this level of communication, not only with the customers but also between the kitchen and the front-of-house team. It showed how organized they were and how well they worked together as a true team.
