"My husband and I took the train from Rapallo to La Spezia because we had read about andree. We are so glad that we did. We chose the three course lunch and liked that there were so many options for each course. Once we experienced the food and the perfect wine pairings, we can say that the quality/price ratio was outstanding. My husband saw beef and oysters on the menu, but since we don’t eat meat, Chef Andrea kindly prepared an extra off menu appetizer for him of three raw oysters. Our ordered appetizers were sweet succulent mussels in a velvety cauliflower cream sauce and a delicious artichoke heart with almonds and Castelmagno cheese. For our pasta course we chose the calamarta pasta with black eyed peas and rosemary and the tagliolini with clams both were delicious. For our secondi piatti my husband ordered the red mullet with broccoli, anchovies, pistachios, and a light orange sauce, while I chose today’s catch, which was amberjack wrapped in chard. We switched plates midway, and we were hard pressed to say which was better, because both were fantastic. Each of the courses was paired beautifully with lovely wines from small production vineyards. Unfortunately, we lingered too long over each course and realized after we had ordered dessert that we only had 30 minutes to catch our train back to Rapallo. They insisted that we eat dessert while they called us a cab, and while we wolfed it down (instead of savoring it the way we would have liked to), we only saw after we got back that they never charged us for dessert. Chef Andrea is an extremely talented chef and a warm and generous man who genuinely wants his diners to enjoy his food. What a pleasure it was to briefly make his acquaintance and to have the opportunity to experience this exquisite lunch."

"Ho visitato Origami, dopo il suo cambio di sede, in occasione del Capodanno. Il menù fisso (60 euro a persona, vini esclusi) era composto da pietanze rigorosamente vegane, totalmente cruelty free, gustose e piacevoli, anche se alcuni antipasti erano in formato micro... C'era la possibilità di avere un calice di prosecco ricevendolo o in entrata o come accompagnamento del dolce. Il locale è curato e gradevole esteticamente. Ho considerato una caduta di tono e di stile servire l'acqua frizzante in bottigliette di plastica da 1/2 litro: non lo fanno più neanche nelle pizzerie. Staff gentile e amichevole."

"Locale scoperto per caso gironzolando per la son storica della città, piacevole sin dal primo impatto per la cura dell'arredo, la gentilezza della proprietaria e la musica di sottofondo: come non apprezzare le canzoni mitiche di De' Andre che da sole valgono la sosta?Il Brandacujun scelto per l'antipasto eè forse il migliore mai mangiato e le altre portate non sono state da meno.Prezzo onesto, credo che alla mia prossima visita a La Spezia tornerò per provare qualche altra specialità, ne vale decisamente la pena"

"The drive up to the restaurant was fun and when you arrive the views are spectacular! We were greeted by a very friendly team and you felt at home as soon as you arrived. The food was amazing! Some of the best we have had. And very cheap in comparison to what we had been paying in Cinque Terre towns. The Lemon and Clam rissotto and Angry Gnocchi were our favourites however everything we had was amazing! The service was great! Wine choice’s were excellent that suited every budget. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fantastic meal with great service and an amazing view over La Spezia."

"Incredible good Pizzas (In 3 weeks italy+sicily roundtrip no better pizza had Perfectly packed for take away, with new system: just carton on top with lid, the below ones have the lid from the above. Super space saving during eating. We had Margherita with Rucola and onf vegetariana, both with spicy oil. We loved it so much!!! Perfect dough, perfect topings and nice caring, but relaxed people.
