The food was fine but our main course took almost an hour to come and it was room temperature. On a good note the wait staffs were excellent …not managements, they just stood around.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff were excellent and made our visit very special The food was very good we all had different dishes and each was tasty and well prepared. Huge local wine list and knowledgeable wine specialists

ormai da più di 6 anni, quando vado a Palermo, la mia tappa fissa è osteria ballarò ! il cibo è ottimo, come sempre!!freschissimo!!i camerieri professionali e attenti.. consigliatissimo per chi cerca una cena, aperitivo o pranzo di qualità in un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. è sempre una garanzia!!

Situata nelle vecchie scuderie di Palazzo Cattolica, ha la straordinaria capacità di essere il luogo ideale per una sosta informale (enoteca con stuzzicheria e finger food tipici), un evento organizzato e un pranzo/cena elegante. Il menù è improntato sulle origini del territorio, arricchito da gustose rivisitazioni dei prodotti tipici:la qualità delle materie prime è altissima, che giustifica appieno il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Carta dei vini fornitissima, per tutti i palati e tutte le tasche. Servizio attento, premuroso e cordiale. Bravi!

Very nice ambience historic building, tastefully decorated. Food was slightly disappointing. The best dish was the octopus starter. The famed Sicilian swordfish skewers, we thought would be just that swordfish rolled up on skewers (I think this is the presentation if you Google the dish). However, it was pieces of fish in a flatbread sandwich not what we had anticipated and we did not expect to eat a sandwich for dinner. Not overly impressed either, with the cod main dish. No complaints about service, though the first waiter to come, spoke only Italian (we tried a bit of French).
