Locale curato e ben tenuto, menù e porzioni più da ristorante che da osteria. Camerieri precisi e professionali. Ho apprezzato l'ampia scelta di vini tutti trentini.

Mangiato molto bene,ottima tartare di trota marinata,ottimo trento Monfort. Ambiente accogliente e tipico,servizio attento e veloce. Menù non scontato ed interessante ,è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Consiglio!! Speisekarte ansehen

Il posto è molto carino, menù tipico Trentino con porzioni abbondanti, piatti buoni. Quello da rivedere però è sicuramente il servizio, nei giorni con più afflusso ci sarebbe bisogno di più personale per non far aspettare lunghi tempi prima di servire.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo bel ristorante varie volte e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene, d'estate si può pranzare all'esterno in un ampio giardino. Il ristorante è all'interno di uno storico e splendido palazzo del XVI secolo con possibilità di visita al museo interno.

Cibo ottimo, ho gradito in particolare la selezione di formaggi e i dolci mai mangiata una panna cotta così buona). Ho trovato molta attenzione al cliente, grande cortesia e disponibilità. Il prezzo è in linea con quello che viene offerto. Se avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente. Speisekarte ansehen

Came to this place after reading some reviews. Great welcoming by the chef and the maitre. Food is of great quality, with simple ingredients and super preparation. Nice and warm the indoor seating, in a cozy atmosphere. Giuseppe, the waiter is very prepared about wine pairings , and very kind and helpful with the menu, Price are fair for the quality of food and wines. Very nice surprise

Great local food, paired with great wines. We stumbled on this gem while trying to find the famous rock walkway to the hermintage San Romedio. It has a wide courtyard with tables and we were lucky to be the first ones. The owner recommended dishes which wentook try the potato dumplings made from freshly grated raw potatoes with bacon crisped to perfection. Then try the tagliata, thinly sliced beef salted with beans. Actually here roasted potatoes would have been better in my opinion but anyway thats a matter of personal preference. And try the local white wine whoch is a grape found only in that region Nosiola.

We were driving around the Dolomites in October 2019 when we stopped in Sanzeno hoping to grab a bite to eat. We found the Osteria Casa de Gentili but it did not appear to be open. My husband decided to walk past the gate and into the courtyard and discovered the entrance to the restaurant and saw there was one table of guests seated. We decided to take a chance and were thrilled that we did. The owner, Ivano, was cooking and waiting tables that day and, since there were only 2 tables of guests, we were able to speak with him about his restaurant.
