uno dei migliori ristoranti di tutta la valle della cecina! prezzi più che onesti, ottimo servizio e molti piatti tipici toscani davvero buoni. Da anni, con il mio ragazzo, stiamo andando a cena, e la qualità rimane sempre grande!

Breve sosta al bar per un caffè ed un paio di bibite , gente cordiale e simpatica.In realtà volevo recensire il piccolo borgo di Montegemoli , che conta una cinquantina di residenti , ed è immerso nel silenzio della campagna Toscana. Veramente una piacevole scoperta.

Piccolo ristorante in un piccolo borgo. Qualità ottima. Un buonissimo antipasto di salumi di cinghiale, buon tagliolino al tartufo, una tenera tagliata cotta alla perfezione. Consigliabile la prenotazione vista la capienza limitata del locale. Servizio simpatico prezzo adeguato

We have eaten several times at the restaurant run by a friendly family. We had mixed antipasti, several types of pasta and tagliata de manzzo and wild boar ragu. The food quality has been exceptional, the service very warm and splendid and we felt like eating at a family reunion.

in un piccolo borgo medievale vi è questa tipica taverna toscana. abbiamo iniziato con il tagliere, altamente raccomandato, e con la taglierina tutto molto piacevole cinghiale. pappardelle fatte in casa con cinghiale ragù e hare ragù eccellente. buona lista dei vini e servizio accurato. prezzo più che adatto.

Amazing wee Restaurant! Our server was brilliant, so helpful and friendly, especially as our Italian is minuscule (apologies I forgot to ask your name! . Lovely experience! We had lasagne, roast potatoes, and wild boar with chocolate…..everything was fantastic! Desert was chocolate cake and ice cream, best ice cream we have ever tasted. So good we booked to return on our final night in Tuscany. Thank you so much for amazing food and hospitality.

Combine a meal here with a short, easy 15 minute circular walk around the commune above great views from outside the church. All the food we had was good, the only exception was my sons lasagna which he said tasted strange when I tried it it was clear that the Bechamel had gone off. When pointed out the waiter apologised and promptly sorted out another dish for my son. These things happen. We would certainly go back. Excellent value and good service.

Yesterday was our first time at Osteria dell Ultimo and we hope to return again from Ireland to enjoy the experience many times . On arrival we received a very warm welcome and the great hospitality continued throughout the service, including the excellent table service delivered, on occasion, by the owners young daughter (or grand daughter? . This is a family business that puts its heart and energy into providing freshly cooked honest dishes made from the ingredients from the land. Every dish we had (pappardelle with a wild bird ragu, wild boar with olives and tagliata were all a pleasure to eat. With thanks from Edward and Sandra. We hope to return again soon and often!

Tiny Montegemoli is charming, and the Osteria is its only business. It's worth the short drive from Pomerance, Volterra, or Cecina! Excellent Tuscan cuisine, and extremely local. Dad makes the meat, Mom makes the sauces and pasta, the daughter makes delicious desserts, the son hunts game and manages the front. The wild boar is delicious! The homemade paperdelle can be served with a variety of ragu from local game. We ordered a ton of dishes because we wanted to try as much as possible. We already have plans to return in a week. Don't forget the sides our kids loves the artichokes, and you must have the simple Tuscan bean dish, cooked in tomatoes and sage, it's the world's best comfort food....
