A fabulous place. Perfectly combined tradition and modernity. It is nice for a weekend, a short vacation. However, it must be recognized that the location is perfect for weddings or other similar parties

Magnificent experience among the Siena hills! Everything is perfect from wine tasting to dinner, from accommodation to Spa. An ideal place to fully enjoy the beauty and delights of the Tuscan countryside.

We loved our meal here so much that we ate here twice during our stay. The ingredients are fresh and the flavor profiles so good. The waitstaff are knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our choices, a bit out of the way if you aren’t staying on site but worth the drive. Speisekarte ansehen

Locale annesso ad un agriturismo. Molto curato ed elegante. Cibo di qualità e carta dei vini di assoluto interesse con vini ottimi anche prodotti nella annessa fattoria e cantina. Ambiente elegante ma informale. Personale molto gentile e competente (in particolare sui vini). Consigliato!

The location is beautiful outside the usual circuits. The visit of the places of the estate was well organized, followed by the tasting of wine and organic oil excellent products that make taste all their Italianity. I felt the love for the territory and the passion in their work. We will definitely come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Fattoria del Colle ad agosto. Posto che merita tantissimo e consiglio vivamente! Un po’ meno l’osteria dove abbiamo cenato. La Cucina non ci ha convinto, belle presentazioni ma sapore non eccezionale. Bravissimo invece Alfredo il cameriere e anche una signora presente alla mattina per la colazione. Speisekarte ansehen

A farm that of Donatella Cinelli Colombini that is part of the history of wine and in particular of that of Brunello and Val d'Orcia. A jewel set in this UNESCO heritage valley. It deserves a stop both to taste its fantastic wines and to visit the residence and the historic cellar buildings. The stop can be completed by lunch in the farm restaurant on traditional Sienese and Tuscan dishes always accompanied by the wines of the company.

We were so happy to come to Il Colle and the 'Osteria di Donatella ' this August again after the Covid inconvinience. The Osteria is a slow food restaurant with lokal old style tuscan dishes in a modern interpretation. Roberta, Chef de Cuisine, does (again after some years of abstinence) a wonderful job in the kitchen. We have tasted nearly all dishes and they are superb! The wine list with the wines from Il Colle and Il Casato is excellent. The Brunello is outstanding. Go there and make yourself happy in this slow food tuscan restaurant if you like 'high level ' cuisine.

We visited 'The Osteria ' again several times while our stay at Il Colle. The menue list has changed a bit since Roberta left the Osteria for private reasons. Govanni, the new Chef d 'Cuisine, has prepared a wonderful list with new dishes which are all very good buonissimo! As the Osteria is a Slow Food Restaurant the dishes are all freshly cooked with local ingridiences. My wife has some allergies which are critical in the context of dairy products and histamin. The kitchen has managed 'our problems ' perfectly. Nicola, the Maitre, was an excellent communicator between my wife and the kitchen. Thank you very much, again.
