Vincenzo, il mio amico che di seconda professione fa l’Enogastronomico, mi propone l’osteria La Rosa di Cherasco (cn). Il locale è noto per la specialità delle lumache. Infatti, dagli antipasti al secondo è stato un gustare dei piatti con preparazioni particolari. Bellissimo posticino dove assaporare gusti piemontesi veri in un'atmosfera rilassante. Gentilissimi e bravissimi i titolari che ti consigliano con molta accuratezza. Ottimo l'aperitivo di benvenuto e il dolcino a fine pasto. Funghi fritti e vitello tonnato eccezionali. Plin alla lepre delizioni. Prezzi adeguati.
