"We were staying in nearby B&B Castello di Camerletto and our hostess recommended this lovely restaurant which was about a ten minute drive away. We called and made reservations and were the first people to arrive. Out server was a really friendly guy who spoke enough English to help us order and we asked him to bring some local food that is popular in the area. we started out with a nice beer (7.50 euros) and a glass of the local Barolo wine (6.50 euros). Then he brought out a huge meat and cheese board (10 euros) that had some really tasty meats and even some raw sausage. Then we had the Carne Cruda (10 euros), another raw meat from the region I think it was veal served in a really nice white sauce. We then had the Gnocchi Edizone Speciale (13 euros), which had a tasty cheese sauce on it and a Tagliatelle (13 euros) with mushrooms and liver. Everything was really tasty and the restaurant was soon filled with lots of hungry customers as it is obviously a popular place to eat and drink in the small town of Buttigliera Alta. When we left, I discovered that I had left my hat there and so I called and they told me they found it and I was able to pick it up the next night, which was really nice. If you're ever in the area check them out and make sure to ask for food that's from the local area you won't be disappointed!"

"Andavo al Barmando di tanto in tanto a fare aperitivo. In realtà non é solo il classico bar, ma un locale nel quale poter mangiare piatti etnici squisiti. Per iniziare Samosa (triangolini fritti di pasta fillo ripieni di patate e verdure) e Jalapeno che, per quanto possano sembrare 'solo dei fritti ', sono abbinati alle giuste salse per essere gustati al meglio (io non amo mangiare le salse in generale, ma in questo caso calzavano proprio a pennello). A seguire Cerdo Desmenuzado del Mezcal (nella foto) e Burrito. Il Cerdo Desmenuzado: panino con Stracotto di Maiale, semplice nella composizione, ma veramente buono da mangiare. Il Burrito: già solo come dimensione, non é un normale burrito, é XL. Molto buono come sapore, decisamente il più buono che abbia mangiato in zona, anche rispetto ai locali che propongono solo cibo 'tex-mex '. Per finire, Armando, ci ha fatto assaggiare un amaro alle Erbe dalla Croazia, giusto per viaggiare ancora un po ' con la geografia. Bisogna ritornarci per assaggiare anche le altre proposte etniche."

"Traditional, small restaurant, with modern interpretation of proven Italian food. Great quality, reasonable prices. Service is very good: personal attitude, enthousiastic. Interiour is modern, yet cosy. Nice winelist, mostly with traditional Piemonte wines. The restaurant has a private parking area close by."

"Great pizza nothing to say beer didn't like much in fact I left it. We certainly found the unfortunate evening because the fryer was broken, they only had classic dough and they did not have the bresaola happen next time I hope to be luckier. Excellent service complimentsWheelchair accessibility: Open the door that leads to the pizzeria there is a suitable ramp to access with the wheelchair but I recommend to warn if you have this need because the room is divided on 2 floors to go to the second floor there are only the stairs"

"di solito non esprimono commenti entusiasti, ma questo ristorante li merita tutti. ci siamo presentati in quattro sorprese a causa di un problema con la prenotazione online. senza essere scoraggiato dall'imprevisto, il personale ha fatto tutto per renderci comodi, con una gentilezza, una preparazione e un'attenzione davvero ammirevole. accendere il camino per noi meriterebbe lode in aggiunta alle cinque stelle. e veniamo al cibo: ottima qualità delle materie prime, combinazioni eccellenti, piatti deliziosi. il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma merita una seconda lode l'onestà e la passione del personale che di fronte alla nostra richiesta di consigli sul vino per abbinare tra le due annate del Dolcetto, ha suggerito che a suo parere più adatto e non il più costoso. la posizione, finalmente: semplicemente incredibile. sembra essere in un romanzo di agatha christie. Torneremo sicuramente."
