"We had an amazing experience at Palmaria Restaurant....starting from the view... What to say, the terrace has the most beautiful view in town and the atmosphere with music and lights make the dinner so special. From starter to dessert, we wanted to taste the local choices. In this chapter I have to say We felt very well guided by the staff, they were so prepared and explained every course with a lot of passion and knowledge. As we expected the ingredients were so fresh and every dish was unforgettable. We loved the pasta al pesto!"

"restaurant in the center of the old town. the interior is very intimate and seems to be on an ancient elegant vase. I had already suppered you sometimes, and well, a few years ago. being summer, we ate in the outside tables. the waiter is always courteous and professional as I remembered. we took four appetizers, cod carpaccio, marinated salmon, stuffed anchovies and shrimp carpaccio. ..good even if the salmon and cod did not convince me completely. as seconds, the tuna really big and particular with correspondence to the lard. the other commensali appreciated the ombryna in the Ligurian oven, a Catalan and the octopus. Later, as sweets, the delicious tiramisu and tartalette with fresh fruit. drinks, water, two bottles of Pinot Grigio and two coffees. correct prices."

"I'll break these lines of bad reviews. We were in this lovely Osteria a few days ago, and we had a precious time. YES, they are understaffed; YES, they are running like crazy. But they do their best to let you enjoy your experience. We had two pasta dishes each and a delicious dessert. Our server was attentive, with excellent knowledge and a great way of describing the food. Now, for all the customers that are annoyed about how long they have to wait for their food, please cop on and understand that this situation of understaffing is everywhere at the moment. Be a bit more patient, try to relax, and understand the situation!"

"The drive up to the restaurant was fun and when you arrive the views are spectacular! We were greeted by a very friendly team and you felt at home as soon as you arrived. The food was amazing! Some of the best we have had. And very cheap in comparison to what we had been paying in Cinque Terre towns. The Lemon and Clam rissotto and Angry Gnocchi were our favourites however everything we had was amazing! The service was great! Wine choice’s were excellent that suited every budget. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fantastic meal with great service and an amazing view over La Spezia."
