Outsider Tart - Speisekarte

at this point when they follow me, they have no doubt that one of my weakens are the cakes and cakes. this place is soouo tasty. the owners are two natives who know what they do, not only merchandising. my personal recommendation: the carrot and pineapple cupcake and cheese cookies!

Since it’s that time of the year that everyone is doing resolutions, I’m doing another one. (My main one back in October was to do the things I want to do rather than adding them on wishlist, e.g. my dream trip to Japan which is already booked). My 2nd one is going to be to enjoy the gift of time and actually take proper time for myself.

Blai and I went back for brunch this morning. Blai was utterly rapturous about his cheesy grits and biscuit while I decided to try something else and went for the migas £9.50), an excellent Tex-Mex mixture of scrambled eggs here with sausage, blue corn tortilla chips, onions, jalapenos and sour cream. There was also a good chunk of excellent cornbread.

I always love driving to outsider tart. their pancakes are stunning and very vulnerable. two will do for me, and they are always perfectly cooked, fluffy and doused in a quantity of maple syrup. her cornbread with homemade jam, always warm from the often served is absolutely stunning, a true showtopper. I would like to try one of their evening meals, but live too far away!

Isn’t Chiswick just brilliant? Great new joints opening up all the time, lovely homes, exciting auction houses – makes me happy. Today we discovered Outsider Tart, just my kind of café. Sumptuous portions of tasty food, relaxed setting, and wait for it…a Barkery!! Anyone that loves my dog, I love. And any place that does pies and cakes and brownies that look good enough to gobble in one giant gobble, I love even more.

Decided to have brunch here as the menu looked interesting offering a change from the usual fare. Turned out to be a good choice. I had a spicy egg dish, best described as a cross between a tortilla and an omelette and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a quiet time in the cafe and I was served very quickly with freshly-prepared food. The area was easily accessible in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful and pleasant

Although I had seen Outsider Tart loads of times and it was on my wishlist for a while, I never really had the chance to go inside. Today decided I wanted to try it. I'm so glad I did. Loved the decor immediately. Ordered a capuccino and a delicious cheesecake and went to the cosy room to enjoy a book. It was so peaceful and quiet that it felt like a really perfect place to be. Will be back more often to try more cakes and catch up with my reading.

hidden over this chic little caffe during the walk through chiswick this weekend and we are so glad that we! my sister was on the hunt after pancakes, which we originally entered, but when entering there is a very long point of conversion of the incredibly looking cake and baked to refine their eyes! the owners are sooo cool and make them so easy and relaxed the portion sizes are huge and the whole place has just such a brilliant mood. unfortunately no good experience. I found out that this caffe is known before location because it has terrible customer service and that the two owners here moved out of America so that they could come away with under normal American cooking. the food was so bad (boiled) we had to give it back and the cook refused to cook our meal again. after a lot of fear about how we don't want to eat raw food, he then took our teller and literally eating in a dry tub and then returned to us 'eton mess' style. we were crushed. then he started yelling at us and then leaving us. he's making it all the time!
