We had the Lunch and Theatre menu. It was a great deal! There was a pretty good selection for starter, main and dessert. The place was cosy and we had a good time catching up.

Great place . A warm welcome .. food excellent .All the staff looked after us. It was my wife's birthday and the staff presented her creme brulé with a candle in it and presented a birthday card ...very thoughtful . A very unrushed enjoyable evening .

We enjoyed our meal at the Palm Court Brasserie. It was a busy Saturday afternoon in Covent Garden but the service was prompt, professional and friendly and the food, from the set menu, came quickly. The food was very enjoyable and the set menu price exceptionally good for central London. The wine list was very well priced too. We will certainly go again next time the opportunity presents itself. Pre theatre menu was fantastic value at £16.95 for two courses and £19.95 for three courses. The service was good but a little slow .. arrive by 5:30pm if you want three courses and enough time to get to your theatre for 7:30pm because the restaurant is very busy/popular. The Chenin blanc at £29 a bottle was very drinkable. They even brought my partner a birthday cake which we couldn’t stay to enjoy because of theatre. Very nice touch

We went to this restaurant a few days before Christmas. While it was very busy inside, but the outdoor seating was quiet due the cold, but was ok with the heaters. There was only one other couple there. I ordered an entree my partner ordered soup as he was not that hungry. This enraged our server, so much so that the other couple asked if we were going to be ok when they left. I have never had such horrible service at any restaurant. THIS RESTAURANT SHOULD BE AVOIDED!!

Having been here many times over the years, I am disappointed to be writing this review. We booked midday lunch as a group of 4, arriving early to await opening, as we were going to theatre matinee show. The manager? opened the door then let it go nearly in my face.. no welcoming hello or greeting. We then waited ages for drinks and then had to ask for food order to be taken. Meanwhile everyone who arrived after us had been attended to. Then a 45 minute wait for meals (again we had to ask) which left us with no time for pudding, coffee etc. My beef bourguignon was very fatty and unpleasant.. the other 3 meals looked much nicer.
