"DON’t GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES OUT THERE! After over 4 years giving loads of business to PapaJohns in Slough we came accross on sunday night 30th of December 2018 to the worst customer service and we were actually shocked! We ordered a pizza online and mistakenly we pressed collection instead of delivery, we realised immediately and called them to request delivery instead as we have 2 small kids and could not even collect but they could not care less and simply said they had no drivers available, 2 minutes later the manager called offering to deliver as an extra charge of 5 pounds ! Really?? We refused the pizza as at this stage we could not even trust that the pizza would be in a good state (you know what a mean) . Honestly nowadays people simply don’t care about their customers. We did like the pizza but we will happily move to Domino’s if that means we will get a better customer service . They will probably say that the the order was submitted around 10:40 and they were about to close. And!?? Who cares if you offer a service until 11 pm you should be available until 11 pm end of story. I work with customers too and we always go the extra mile to do whatever we can to help, if not possible at least we apologise nicely and offer some sort of alternative!"

I ordered a spicy chicken burger and I loved the taste of it! beautiful buffalow wings that are different from most pizza restaurants that in the rule only bbq wing. will order definately again

Dessert Order came burnt. Person on the phone was beyond rude, didn’t listen, told me I was wrong . Asked to resend the order they said they didn’t have a driver. I asked to speak to the manager they said he was busy.

best pizza place in slough! somewhat more expensive than other pizza places, but then they pay for quality these youngs will not compromise with regard to the quality and fresh of their ingredients, and they can taste the difference! fresh sweet, not cut halal meat. Speisekarte ansehen

I usually order from the papa johns local to me but as we were visiting family I decided to order papa johns from slough. After taking an hour to arrive, it was cold, bland and tasteless. I didn’t even eat the sides of a 1/4 of the pizza. Standards have slipped. Never again will I order from papa johns which is a shame as I used to order at least bi-weekly.
