We had a good experience at the store. The man who took our orders was nice and pizza was ready within minutes. I am not really a fan of Papa John's Pizza, but the customer service was great, hence the stars.

a pizza and a side to be sent to the house of my friend at his birthday in this strange time. spoke to such a nice fellow worker called maks and he wrote very kindly a note in the pizzabox for me. very recommended and pizza always great!

The pizza at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, as was the service. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple, but was shocked to find only two pieces of ham on my 12-inch pizza. I called Papa John's hoping for a replacement, refund, or apology, but was met with rudeness and denial instead. Fortunately, there are many other excellent takeaway options in and around Blackhall.

I ordered and picked up a XXL garden party pizza from Papa John's Blackhall branch and it was delivered cold. I live only 5 minutes away from the restaurant. When I complained to the store about the cold pizza, they were unhelpful and the manager was rude and didn't address my complaint. I felt like I wasted my money. I strongly advise against going to this place. Stay away and avoid this store. Don't even bother with delivery. It was a completely unacceptable experience. Speisekarte ansehen

The entire meal arrived cold and we had to reheat it in the oven. To make matters worse, the pizza they gave us had bacon on it, despite us specifically requesting for no bacon. The restaurant was closed by the time we realized the mistake, ruining our evening. This is not the first time we have received incorrect or cold food from this establishment. The management and staff seem to have no regard for customer requests. I highly recommend avoiding this place. The service was extremely disappointing.

I made a stupid mistake yesterday and ordered online for the collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. When I didn't notice that, a nicer man called me to ask myself if I had come to pick up my pizza, as they had waited for over 30 minutes and were no longer fresh. I didn't even recognize my mistake! he thought that was the problem and offered to remake her and send her out. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel stupid. many thanks for their beautiful service (including the understanding delivery driver and for correcting my mistake! once again:

I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly.
