My husband and I visited the hotel for lunch which was absolutely lovely also had a couple of tasty cocktails!Thanks to Snehal and his Attentive staff for looking after us ,it made our afternoon so special and enjoyable, we will definitely be returning.

We had such a lovely afternoon for my baby shower at Draycote Hotel. Perfect room with a long table and comfy sofa area and decorated amazingly by my friends. Amazing afternoon tea served by Jade and Sana who were so accommodating and helpful making sure we had everything we needed!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed Sunday lunch with you. A special thank you to shnell for his friendly professional hospitality. You are a credit to the place. The menu has a good selection of dishes that should satisfy most people. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had arranged for private dining and as we had several members of the party who were unable to climb stairs easily we were allowed to use the boardroom for our evening meal.

My husband and I recently dined at this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a delightful experience – the food was delicious, the staff was attentive, and a special thanks to Shaneal who made the evening very memorable. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant.

I attended a conference recently and had a brilliant experience. The service food and set up was all excellent. Snehal was very organised and was at hand all the time. My family and I, a party of 6, decided to have our Christmas 2019 lunch at the Draycote Hotel on London Road in Dunchurch, Rugby. Our reservation was for 2pm, but we arrived at 1.30pm and were greeted with a choice of sparkling wine or orange juice. We were then taken to our table, which was beautifully set. The meal was served in a carvery style, with 5 starter options, a variety of traditional Christmas meats, and 5 dessert choices including mince pies, tea, and coffee. I must praise Mr. Lakhani and his excellent team for making our day truly special. The service was outstanding and we look forward to returning in the future.

My partner and I decided to revisit Draycote for afternoon tea to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Although it was nice to be back and reminisce about our special day, we were disappointed with the service. The food was decent, but we were the only customers in the restaurant and no one checked on us or offered refills. The milk provided for our second cup of tea was spoiled, and when we raised this issue, the waitress didn't seem very apologetic and didn't offer a replacement drink. While it was sentimental for us to return, I would not recommend it to others. I suggest trying one of the other restaurants in the area with a better atmosphere and customer service.

We visited the hotel for Sunday Lunch on 30th September. We were a party of 7 my wife and I my youngest son, his wife and two granddaughters, also my eldest son from Australia. On arrival we were shown to our table and offered drinks whilst we deliberated over the menue, a two course, or three course. Once decided we ordered our meals. I must say that the staff were excellent and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for the waitresses and the hotel manager. A choice of 4, starteres 4 main course and 4 Desserts. All presented expertlyat the table. The food when it arrived was very good indeed. I shall definately go again. In fact I was so impressed that we have booked for Xmas day this year.
