"After trying to find a place for dinner for quite some time, we finally found what we thought would be our refuge. We came into the restaurant and were seated, all of us immensely relieved. and hungry! Our first mistake was ordering wine. At a whopping pounds, we were served a bottle of Merlot that could not have been more than pounds from Tesco. It was such bad wine, I was shocked. Next, our appetizer came. We had ordered the calamari! What we were served could have perhaps fed a small child as an amuse-bouche. The serving was incredibly small and it was accompanied by some sort of bizarre side of butter? (not melted I might add) When our mains arrived, the disappointment continued. We had ordered risotto, tortellini, and a pizza between the three of us and there was not a redeeming moment to be found in any dish."

Our waitress was literally the most friendly and best waitress I have ever had, no exaggeration. The food was lovely too and good value. We had to push back our booked time by hours on the day but this wasn't a problem at all.

One of the best restaurants i have been so far. Very friendly staff, amazingly tasty food. Prices are very affordable too. Been there so many times and will keep coming back. Just love this place and their food!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A fabulous meal for the four of us after a day exploring the city. Our host, the owner was extremely accommodating and looked after us very well. Our food was top drawer' and I would recommend anyone try this lovely little ristorante which is just off the main route.
