We had not ordered the cheese tray because we were filled after this delicious meal. At the end of the evening, we forwarded to the staff our gift voucher (indicated on the phone at the time of booking) and we were surprised at the rather unpleasant reaction of the person in charge, who criticized us for not having "indicted" the team of the gift voucher, and also charged us the bottle of water in addition as we had not ordered the cheese, a little limit.
