"I ordered a take-away for my family just after 5pm on Saturday evening, spending over £50. It took over 2 hours to arrive and when we unpacked it, the cartons for several dishes were less than 50% full. E.G. Beef with Pak Choi, charged at £7.95 and Crispy Seaweed £5.45 but there was literally less than half a carton. What sort of restauranteur would think it's acceptable to keep a customer waiting over 2 hours, then send out cartons that are quite clearly nowhere near a fair size portion for the price they charge? No apology, not even a few prawn crackers as a gesture to make up for the wait. Then the added insult of only enabling me to feed half my family. Needless to say I will NEVER order from Paya again and my advice to anyone else is to choose another restaurant."

recently dragged into the counter and on the hunt after a good quality chinese and we finally found it, came over just eat over paya and really impressed by eating and service.

helpful, fast, polite and competent. in less than an hour came closer and unlocked the locks on a pop-up trailer. I will use their services again if I need in the future lock services.

We waited over 1.5hours for our food and when it arrived it wasn’t worth the wait. The appetiser starters were soft and chewy (spring rolls, prawn toast etc). The crispy chicken was also soft and not crispy very disappointing. We will not be returning Speisekarte ansehen

Found this place by accident on Just Eat last month. Love it. Now it's my go-to takeout. Beats all the other Asian restaurants in Cheshunt/Waltham Abbey area by miles. Food tastes fresh, tasty, and is cooked well....not greasy at all. Ok so it's a bit more expensive....but you get what you pay for.

Ordered from here as I saw the good reviews. Ordered at 5.30pm and the food arrived at 7pm. That is a long time to wait for a take away. The food was actually tasty but the big issue was the portion size. A portion of seaweed is almost £5.50 and I took it out the bag and only 1/4 of the Tupperware was full. My wife actually laughed. The rice Tupperware was only 3/4 full. It was much more expensive that the usual place we order from. Lastly most of the food turned up cold. Wouldn’t order from here again simply because of the portion sizes being so poor.
