"It is possibly my favorite restaurant. I usually go as a couple, and with as many friends from outside Galicia as I can bring. Maybe we go once a month. The treatment is friendly and familiar, all the waiters are very attentive and polite. Good manners and good knowledge of the product. The seafood is sublime (and very reasonably priced), the fish are exquisite. Perhaps the most limited are the meats that, being good, I prefer something stronger, older beef product and something more intense in flavor, something that is not customary in Galicia, and therefore no one demands it... The person in charge of the establishment is a crack... friendly, very polite, and very attentive to the customer. Very attentive (and he also speaks German...and I don't know if there are other languages). "Este fin de semana he vuelto a visitar Os Remos y, una vez más, la experiencia ha sido excepcional. De primero pedimos zamburiñas y navajas a la plancha. Ambos platos riquísimos y con marisco fresquísimo. De segundo, arroz de mariscos para dos. Abundante, hecho en el momento y de sabor excepcional. Compartimos un postre, hojaldre con crema, por supuesto casero. Os Remos es ese lugar al que siempre volvemos porque siempre es un acierto. Si visitan A Guarda no duden en darle una oportunidad y conocer su cocina casera, honesta y sin pretensiones. Un 10 sin duda"

"We had a lovely lunch we all had something different (bocadillo, fresh fish, french fries and it was quite good the Sangria is wonderful! They have a good local following. The couple who own the restaurant are so lovely and kind. We were all cycling the Camino Coastal and 5 of us did not want to ride to Baiona. I asked the owner (the woman about getting a taxi van to take all of us. Both she and her husband worked so hard getting us the vans (one for the bikes and one for us! . They were closing for their lunch period but she insisted we stay until the vans arrived and even made us more Sangria while we waited. We are going back in Sep 2023 and we are staying overnight in A Guarda we will definitely go to El Paseo for lunch or dinner. It was a wonderful, heartwarming experience."
