It was a symphony of tastes like you don't meet every day, with a conductor (chef) who looks like Jason Statham and who took care of customers like the Maestro of his orchestra. The entrees were exceptional, the meat melts on the way to the mouth salivating at the sight of it...the red wine from Montepulciano was wonderful...Unfortunately we cannot rate above 10 because we cannot rate the experience of this wonderful evening spent with friends at Pietre Cavate.

Nice place, but excessively expensive for the dishes and their quality. The first courses (pasta with meatballs and mushrooms) absolutely do not reflect the cost in terms of quantity and quality. The appetizers (fried chicory, artichokes with cheese and bread with sauce) are also too expensive compared to the quality. Nothing to say about the meat, truly excellent. Ultimately too expensive, I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it. Price per person: €90–100

For the first time, last night, I had dinner in this restaurant with three of my friends. We were all very satisfied. I let Mattia guide me through an unprecedented journey made up of delicious raw dishes (including sushi and sashimi... of incredible goodness, up to the grilled meat, expertly cooked and seasoned. Patient and friendly service. Prices aligned with the level of the location and the quality of the raw materials, excellently cooked. We will definitely be back

Restaurant with many possibilities but poor execution. They have certain exquisite dishes (lamb and meats) but some of very poor quality (truffle pasta and STEAK treat, both are flavorful). A note to keep in mind is that if a client orders a drink, they should take note and not have to ask for it up to 4 times, and above all, never tell the client behind something else (if the client orders it, I recommend serving it because it makes everything easier, you please the client and you 're going to end up doing it anyway).

I had dinner with friends in this restaurant with a solid tradition and recently renovated. Specializing in high quality meats, it does not disappoint in terms of the variety of its offerings, including original ones, especially when it comes to raw meats, and the excellent creation of the dishes. The desserts are also very good. The wine list is good where you can choose good products without exaggerating the price. Courteous and accurate, non-intrusive service. The environment is sober, with dark tones, a little noisy, and warmer lighting would be preferable.
