a fabulous little hotel. the room was one of the best I ever stayed in. the love for detail was wonderful. I can't recommend the pilot boat enough.

on Friday evening he called up the chance. found a table near the window with great view. good menu. I had short ribs that were amazing, like my family meal. fast attentive service. good atmosphere as busy. really great eating.

a few times about the weekend on a family trip to lyme regis. very nice open dining room inside and sitting outside. good selection of drinks, both hot and cold and the staff was also friendly. dog-friendly both. inside and outside for your furry friends too! Speisekarte ansehen

Tasteless pizza this from the specials board!,! almost raw tomato purée base sauce. Friend had a burger which was minuscule with luke warm chips. No side salad or slaw. Pasta just unpleasant. Don’t know why so many think this place is so good....Just plain lazy food.

The food was excellent, in fact we returned nights later. The visits were made even better by the service we were given. Friendly, polite and efficient. Particularly Primrose, who was a complete delight. She was very informative about the menu, helpful and a credit...to your business.

Went for a coffee (great coffee)and a meeting. Lovely interior, very relaxing, what an amazing refurbishment by Palmers brewery Next time I'll come for lunch or dinner. Right next to the Lyme Regis Museum and walk along the esplanade.Can't comment about the food, but I get the impression that this would be good Speisekarte ansehen

in lyme regis for a day. we called here on Monday for lunch. it was extremely busy, but a table soon became free and we sat in a few minutes. the employees are amazing, so happy, efficient and working as a great team....The eating and service were both error-free. a good varied menu, the decor is beautiful and it is very clean. I'm sorry we don't live any closer, but we'll eat here in the opposite.

We decided to try the Pilot Boat for lunch. of us had fish and chips one had steak. Fish and chips very nice, crispy batter and very white fish. We had the large fish which for me compared to my local f&c shop was...on the small side. Yes I know its a restaurant but there was a choice regular or large and this wasn't large. The tartar sauce tasted homemade and was very nice. The steak was well cooked with a fine pepper sauce cooked to perfection. I would recommend and would definitely go again.

Came for dinner at this large restaurant near the seafront.It's pretty dark but that's along the nautical theme with oil lamps and tankards.Varied menu and some of the dishes come in small and large which is a great idea.Good range of vegan/ vegetarian options. We ordered a seitan pitta and a vegan bolognese. The seitan was really good, the bolognese was ok but really bore little resemblance to a bolognese sauce.The fish chips looked really good here and I ended up a bit envious.Service was very friendly.
