Swim - Speisekarte

Spent a sunny afternoon sat out on the terrace with friends. Food was great- the fish special of Skate was huge! Very attentive staff quick service, will definitely visit again.

there on Saturday to lunch, great table looking into the bay, great menu with a great choice. I had the longhorn burger, really delicious and worth money. the rest of my family enjoyed the visit. good selection of drinks and tap beers....Search a great mood and a good selection of background music.

Lovely restaurant. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather and were able to sit outside. Lovely fresh food and although the restaurant was very busy, service was speedy. Lovely choice of seafood and good range of beers and wines. If in the area again...we would certainly return Highly recommend.

it is in a beautiful location directly on the beach. the drinks were ok, but expensive. eating was just in order, it was simply not according to standards. I'm sure they cooked it in front of location, but it didn't seem so fresh. was also a little slow, and the staff often took care of it. would there probably be to it next time

We stumbled across Swim as we meandered along Lyme Regis seafront. It has a lovely elevated outdoor seating area so we grabbed a table as it was busy. Food was good (I had the crab sandwich and other half had mac’n’cheese), service was prompt and...friendly and location was perfect for people watching! Dogs also welcomed in the outdoor seating area. Would definitely visit again!

Also had good meals and service at Swim and today was no exception. We had Nachos which were delicious and excellent sized portion. Mussels with ciabatta which was a special of the day and again a great portion, very tasty and a lovely sauce. The...ciabatta was a generous slices and beautifully crispy. Finally a child’s burger and fries which was a lovely homemade burger and great crispy fries. All in all pretty reasonably priced for quality food and we will definitely be back.

breakfast here about the Easter holiday. the eating sounded great, but what a disappointment when it arrived. teller were cold as my supposedly “hot” mushroom breakfast. my brother had rushed to death. Eier were dry, how is it possible? and toast was not roasted. we have asked these to the young man who served, but he was not interested and charged us the full price, although our teller was hardly touched. for two to breakfast with coffee) it is not cheap and it is not worth visiting another.

Food is average to good depending on what you order. Prices are OK BUT, it seems they have a major issue with kitchen staff. Given that we were sat on the other side of the restaurant from the kitchen, it is unbelievable that we could...clearly hear swearing and shouting several times during our visit. The waiting and bar staff looked visibly embarrassed and we heard lots of other customers talking about it. I understand there are staff shortages in the hospitality sector but I wouldn't tolerate that sort of unprofessional behaviour if I owned the place. I've eaten there several times and have been recommending it to our guests and visitors but won't bother again.

My partner and I came here with our month old. We were seated ok. We both had the fish burger and ordered the crudités and hummus for our daughter. The menu was exciting including the childrens’ one, which makes a change. Nice to see...that not everything was something with chips. Also only We really enjoyed our fish burger. Unfortunately, the carrots looked like they’d been peeled and chopped about a week ago and were really floppy and old looking. When we told the waiter, he seemed quite unsure what to do and even asked if we wanted a new one, which was surprising!
