Fantastic food so nice arrived hot was soooo gd, will defo b ordering again best takeaway we have had in ages So much better than other takeaways we have had

We have ordered from Canoe several times and we have never been disappointed. The pizzas, burgers, kebabs, and fried chicken are always delicious. The food is always hot and arrives on time. Canoe has become our go-to choice for takeaway in the area.

They accepted our order via Uber Eats and never delivered the food. Order accepted at 11.20 for delivery at 12.20 but never arrived. Not on considering we're key workers just finishing a shift at the hospital. Would never order from this place again. Having to attempt to get my money back now. Speisekarte ansehen

I have ordered many takeout meals, but unfortunately, this one was the worst. I ordered tandoori chicken kebab, but the chicken was extremely salty and the naan bread was very hard. The pizza was too doughy for my liking. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Additionally, I ordered mint sauce but received chili and barbecue sauce instead, which was not enjoyable. Overall, it was a waste of £24.

I ordered a pizza online and accidentally entered the wrong postcode. I contacted customer service to correct the mistake with my actual address. After feeding my young children, I returned to my phone to find a rude message from a staff member. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and have ordered from them many times. I do not believe that a simple error warrants the disrespectful attitude displayed by the staff.

We ordered here the other day and it was so tasty we ordered again today! We have had the ‘Mixed grill kebab box’ and the meat is so tasty and flavoursome. The portion sizes are so generous too, the delivery time was super quick which we were more than happy about! The next time we had a ‘Lamb kebab’, ‘chicken kebab’ and ‘cheesy chips’ -a classic), the food was delivered quicker than expected again -always welcomed as we always order when we are ravenous), it was hot and again there was no compromise on taste! I thought i would try this place for a pizza and some extras and from the 1st minute was treated politely,Ordered a couple of 12 inch pizzas, some chips and garlic mushrooms. The lady taking the order told me it would be 15 mins and low and behold it was 15 mins which considering just how busy they was with deliveries and phone orders was very accurate. Onto the food,each pizza came with a small tub or dip which was good,chip had some sort of amazing spice on which made them chiplicious and the garlic mushrooms very nice for a takeaway. Food all very hot and the owner Dana very friendly,all in all a very nice place.

Takeaway delivery order via app. What was described as a gourmet cheese burger turned out to be a large, thin spicy, donor type meat (see photo), not really a burger and in a dry bun and some grated cheese. Pizza was meant to be chicken Kiev, but had no hint of garlic and chicken was just standard tandoori, reasonably tasty but again not as expected. Chips cheese sticks ok. Baklava was very good though. Phoned them about the burger quality, after some back forth a driver was sent to collect and give refund in cash. Overall pretty standard takeaway quality but doesn’t match descriptions or expectations given quality of the printed menu etc, a disappointment.

Both the peri peri chicken wings and hot or BBQ wings are spot on, tried numerous takeaways in castleford and haven't found anywhere better for fried chicken! The chips come with American spice as standard, their pizzas, burgers, kebabs and wraps are all tasty. The sauces come separately so you don’t have a wet soggy wrap/kebab like you get elsewhere and the salad is a generous size, again packed separately.
