"This has got to be the worst Pizza Express in the UK. The service was terrible - a rude waitress informed us that they had run out of various items including bolognaise, houmous, crayons, Negroni, and egg. To make matters worse, they forgot one order in our group and only brought it 20 minutes after everyone else had finished eating, despite being reminded multiple times. This branch used to have charm, but has now taken a nosedive. We overheard other tables also complaining about their orders. Stay away from this place at all costs."

huge cries after misha and nick to make our family trip to pizza express in st. johns wood special. eating was great and they were very accommodating with all our desires. the food came fast and tasted super.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Our order was forgotten and when we inquired about it, they pretended it was being prepared. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and 40 minutes for a simple pasta dish. I would recommend avoiding this place. Speisekarte ansehen

It may look like any other Pizza Express, but Abbey’s road is anything but! I had a fruitful business lunch there, the staff were friendly and helped us choose the best Niçoise Salad in town! I will definitely stop there again for a Salad especially with the hot weather these days!

this is one of the best pizza express I've ever had! the restaurant was super clean, the staff were really friendly and professional. pizza was great as well as the salat and the best part was the red berry vanilla cheesecake dessert! overall great experience, we had a great time and we would definitely return!

"There is nothing wrong about this restaurant but it is also nothing special for the price range. Places like Eneko have menus at similar value and the food is exceptional, whereas the food in Quantus was not flawless. I was the “lucky one” since I seemed to order the best dishes in the menu: the sweetbreads, the grilled octupus and the nut cake. My husband ordered the Heirloom tomatoes salad and the tomatoes were tasteless. The chimichurri steak was ok, but far from the best. The same could be said from the crab cakes. The worse thing however were the deserts. My husband ordered a panna cotta which almost needed a knife to be eaten, and my friend ordered a chocolate mouse that had an off smell (we all noticed) and hence did not eat it. In addition when we arrived the restaurant was full but nobody had been served which resulted in us having to wait very long for the food. The service was very pleasant though and the octupus and nut cake were very good"

"Flew all the way from Boston today on the red eye to visit Chiswick and the Parle Pantry, a delightful vegan coffee and pastry spot, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The coffee here is exceptional – rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. I tried their flat white with oat milk, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The pastries are a revelation; each one is a masterpiece of vegan baking. The chocolate croissant was flaky and indulgent, and the lemon poppy seed muffin was light, moist, and bursting with flavor. Had the porridge three times for breakfast after my 10k runs. Perfect fuel filled! Wish I could make at home in Boston. The variety is impressive, catering to all tastes with gluten-free options as well. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients truly shine through in every bite. Whether you're a vegan or not, Parle Pantry is a must-visit. It's the perfect spot for a cozy coffee date or a quick treat. I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings!"

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."

"the food was nice and the staff (many of it) appeared very helpful. but we had a lot of confusion about our order and had to hunt some of them on. we then had a fiasco with the bill and wrong objects, which meant everything that our stay was much longer than expected and we did not go to our train as early as we wanted. I'm afraid it was as nice as eating that it didn't override the problems."
