"We arrived at 1.15 on a quiet Wednesday , myself and two boys and to say service was slow is putting it mildly. It took half an hour for the child’s starter to arrive Salad and a few dough balls, then the dough balls were not as hot as usual. Someone near us sent hers back because they were cold. My Fiorentina pizza was tasty but very much on the pudding side. As we were going to the cinema at 2.40 we had to abandon desert and it is the first time ever I have not left a tip for the service. Another point to mention is that the ladies toilets stunk and were very unloved which is disgraceful in these days of extra hygiene."

I often order from here or eat in. This is one of my favourite restaurants in beckenham. You can never go wrong with a pizza express. I like the calamari not in the picture. My son likes the dough balls and garlic butter.

As it was Mother's Day, the restaurant was very busy. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Although the restaurant is spacious, it felt a bit crowded due to the high number of patrons. I would definitely recommend it.

Visited pizza Express Express beckenham, ordered garlic bread as a starter, Not even a hint of garlic Tasted of warm dough bread And as for my American pizza, Barely warm, For the price you are paying You would expect a lot better Definitely won't returning And won't be recommending AWFUL

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Reine pizza which was lacking ham, mushrooms, and cheese. It was not worth the £14 price tag. I decided to give it another chance and ordered two pizzas for delivery, but they took over an hour to arrive and were cold and soggy. I had to microwave them, which only made them worse. These were the second worst pizzas I have ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.

This review is aimed at the owners franchisees…. Avoid sitting anywhere near the toilet, the place stinks of ammonia Urine. The mens toilet has had a broken urinal for months, covered with a clear plastic bag. The place literally stinks and must be a health hazard. This has no reflection on the hardworking staff, the food is what you expect from PE along with the usual over priced drinks. If a health inspector walked in it would, and should be shut down. DISGUSTING.
