Pizza Hut - Speisekarte

In my opinion, this is the worst Pizza Hut brunch in the world, from the food to the staff.

The server was excellent. Very friendly and professional. The food came out quickly and was delicious!

My God! I've never felt so well taken care of in London! In this restaurant there is a lady working named Luz who is bright and charming, she speaks to you with a sweetness

Very busy and unorganized. The atmosphere wasn't perfect specifically the downstairs floor. Food quality was medium compared to the price. The staff were friendly but too busy. The bottomless drink and salad bar were tempting though.

This is hands down the worst pizza I have ever had! I ordered a salami pizza and was shocked to find sugar sprinkled on the crust and all over the box. The pizza was overly sweet and the sugar gave it a gritty texture. I do not recommend this place at all! Speisekarte ansehen

We have been beautifully served by Sai in this restaurant. Unfortunately I had to make a complain about the fact that I could not pay by cash. The manager Musi was very professional and made me feel like he understood what I was talking about. How is it possible that such a big company can limit it's customers to card payments only? What kind of agenda are you taking part in? I will not be coming back to a place where I cannot pay cash. Kind regards, Agnes

During my visit to Pizza Hut, I took advantage of one of their meal deals, which make for a decently-priced meal. The staff was friendly, but their service was not great. When I visited the restaurant was quite slow, both with dine-in and take-out orders. The staff pushed everyone who came in to order using the QR code giving them plenty of time to stand around doing nothing more than chatting among themselves. I was not asked to use the QR code and had placed my order with a staff member. After my initial order, not a single staff member came to check up on me or asked at any moment after I had finished my meal if I wanted anything else. One star is actually because I do not have a lower option. No staff member was interested in hosting. No explanation of menu. The staff did not know the menu to answer questions. Since when are Pizza Hut prices like a fancy high end restaurant? £20 for an individual size pizza? Seriously? It is supposed to be a fast food chain. People are attracted to you for a quick affordable meal. Neither was this quick nor affordable. I would happily pay £20 if the quality of food and the sitting environment was top notch. The sofas are all worn out, the floor was sticky and the tables, plates and glasses I didn’t want to touch them. The salad bar was a joke. Lowest quality of lettuce, cucumber and tomat...
