Pizza Hut - Speisekarte

Most disgusting place Iv ever been too. Our table sat dirty for almost 20 mins we had to ask for the table to be cleared. Customer service is absolutely appalling apart from.

I was a bit worried having read a few previous reviews here but couldn't fault anything when we went to eat there, nice welcome at the door, menu options explained, pizzas and salad delicious. Will definitely go back.

I visited alone, felt a bit awkward but waitress was excellent. Explained everything and was very friendly. She was exceptional with all the customers, patient and engaging with children and respectful to all. A real gem. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed I just had to!

Arrived at pizza hut traveled 30miles as hadn't been since before COVID was shown to table and was told they didn't accept cash? Was then told to download an app then order and pay for it on app no option to ask for a bit service since we left phones in car we decided just leave and won't be back

Excellent restaurant especially for children. My grandsons love it. Kids Meal Deals very good value and the plentiful salad bar is a great idea. Tasty pizzas too and friendly staff with good service times. Like the idea too of crayons and puzzles tokeep young ones amused. Very good value and best 'fast food ' outlet I 've been to. We popped in here on the off chance after a busy Friday. Seated and served immediately by polite and well presented staff. For 2 adults and 2 children I must say the menu and available deals were very reasonable. The children both enjoyed pizza, sides, salad, drinks and ice cream factory all for 7.99 each! The restaurant was lovely and clean including the bathrooms, service was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to return!

My son, 15 month old granddaughter and I went today for lunch. The gentleman was very polite when taking order, which was 2 adult buffets. Never once did the gentleman say anything about our little lady, who ate very little and had a very small amount of juice as it was mainly fizzy and she already had water in her own cup. She had a vey small ice cream factory again with small amount of sweets. I was happy to pay for my 15 month old but did not expect to be charged £9.99. Having checked the menu, after returning home, on line it looks like kids under 12 meals are £7.99 which is excellent value for a 12 year old but is most definitely not for a 15 month, think staff need to discuss orders wi...

I had booked a table for 8 people in advance. The girl took us to our table to find there was only six chairs which I then said there was 8 of us and she replied with “all the other tables are dirty”. Seriously? We then finally got table and our drinks had arrived. The waitress who brought them over spilt our red wine and it went on her apron for her to then just put the glass on the table and walk off. Didn’t even get us a cloth or another wine giving it wasn’t a full glass anymore. There seemed to be confusion with orders as loads of food started to show up at our table which were obviously for other tables.
