This is not the first time whenever we go there it’s always great food and service We have tried stuffed pizza which brilliant

Very unpleasant and unhygienic. I found hair in the pizza and in one slice it came in my mouth. When you can found hair in the pizza so you can imagine what hygiene measure they take.

I ordered via Uber Eats for my daughter's birthday, hour later, I checked on progress of my order as I had scheduled a timed delivery and found they have just cancelled my order. So 2 hours later, we are now ordering from Domino's who are more reliable than this place. Speisekarte ansehen

Not only was the food 2 hours late, the delivery driver failed to find our house and then proceeded to shout and swear at us because we asked him why he couldn't find our house. We then proceeded to call the resteraunt and the person on the phone said we shouldn't have ordered direct on their website and then hung up on us. AVOID THID ESTABLISHMENT.

Pizza Inn Sudbury contaminated my vegetarian pizza with pepperoni and refused to accept the fact that this can happen. They also didn't follow the order instructions of replacing mushrooms with pineapple. Onions missing from the pizza. Well here you are Pizza Inn, the attached photo shows pepperoni. As a Hindu I am shocked to bite into a piece of pepperoni.

I've been ordering from this o since its opened. The pizza is consistently good. Always delivered piping hot. Recently I've started using just eat and uber eats as it works out cheaper than ordering direct for delivery. All through the lockdown we ordered from this pizza shop and all drivers maintained social distancing. I would recommend this pizza shop to anyone looking for tasty pizza Speisekarte ansehen

Order pizza for delivery @14:30) but didn’t receive for an hour call the store 15:40), food came after another hour 16:30). delivery guy was very very very rude my order confirmation states delivery charges including that means my food was ordered for delivery) and the delivery guy was totally rude not even ready to listen or look at my order confirmation. Food was already cold the box Was also soggy n wet Was a terrible experience.

Awful service placed a large order for the family with young kids. The full order didn’t turn up and the delivery was very late! The delivery guy got lost we had to go and find him so our food was cold. We called and complained but the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic and didn’t even offer to deliver the missing food or refund the awful cold food. There is so much competition out there you seriously need to work on your service and customer skills. Not coming back here again.

This was one the best pizza shop in the local area. It was great for at least 5 years. But now the pizza is mediocre to say the least. The quality has really gone downhill. The pizza are so thin and the taste is like eating cardboard. I'm going to put this down to compromising on quality due to increase business costs from delivery companies such as Ubereats, Just eat and Deliveroo. They have decided on compromising the quality rather than put the prices up. This is the last time we will ever buy from this pizza shop. The 10 year loyalty ends today. Speisekarte ansehen
