The pizza like italians like: thin, but not too much, crusty, but not dry, tasty, but not greasy.The most important thing: good ingredients! As always, Pizz’Artisanale offers delicious pizzas with generous servings. for a reasonable price! the service at the top, the normal waiting time knowing that they also have a lot to “take”. Here, the Capriciosa pizza, very good with a fine and well cooked paste. I also like the decor, and the intimate character of the place is quite romantic. Come on!

Pizz'Artisanal offers a good Italian pizza; an excellent one if you consider that you are in France. The sauce is good and the choice of toppings, as well as the way they are combined on the pizza, is very good by any standard. However the pizza tends to fill you up way too quickly, clear sign of a pizza dough not as good as the other ingredients. Overall an excellent pizza, probably even the second best in town, but still not at the level of the one in Tournefeuille

What can I say, if you are looking for the best Pizza then this is the place, it literally felt like being back in Italy. The attention to detail makes this place stand out, from the flour selected to each ingredient chosen to give that authentic taste. Even Perroni on tap! Do eat in if you can take your time & enjoy it! Im looking forward to going there again! There are so many places selling pizza, but for me this takes Pizza to another level. Just supremely good. Frequented by Italians, if you close your eyes you could be in Naples. If you open your mouth you definitely ARE in Naples, as this is not only the best pizza in Toulouse, but it is also better than many offerings in Napoli and Sorrento. The boss is French but you would not credit it. Real Neapolitan style pizzas, with fluffy pizza dough spun in the air just like Gennarino would in Santa Lucia or Mergellina. High quality ingredients. Very busy so perhaps some waiting, but the staff are great and the atmosphere is friendly.

Two friends living in Toulouse, one being Italian, told us this was the best pizza in the city... in our short visit they took us to the place for dinner... and we decided to share 4 different pizzas so we could try different tastes.We ordered two "pizza frita"(fried pizza and folded similar to calzone), a rustica and a diablina. Wooow!!! Everything was very tasty, the rustica sausages meat, the tomato sause, mozzarella and a very nice and weel cooked base. We were all trying pizza frita for the first time and we loved it.You really have to go there.Good service, even not too smiley.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me and when I arrived it was not what I expected. It is just this little shop with enough space to fit maybe 10 people comfortably inside and maybe 6 outside. But don't let the looks full you, this was truly a great experiance! The staff were very welcoming/friendly and the pizza! The pizza had this home made tomato paste on it which felt like proper italian cooking, topped with delicious ham, muchrooms, pepperoni, onions and I got them to add capsicums to the mix. I was in ore! Every bite was amazing, I've been there almost every week since my first go. Definitely need to hit this place up. Speisekarte ansehen
