The pizza was fantastic!! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They use the same oven but they have an extra plate and bake the gf pizza separately from the others. : Speisekarte ansehen

Best food service we experienced on our 4 day trip to Italy. Cosy restaurant in the old town in Riva del Garda. Great selection of starters, pizza, pasta more. Crudo pizza my favourite. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant! Very classic italian vibes. The waiters were very good and were quick to let me know that they cannot do the food without cross contamination as the pizzas are cooked in the same oven. Not suitable for coeliac because of this but as someone who is just intolerant this wasn’t a problem! Very very yummy!

We had to wait a short time for a table, but once we were seated the experience was wonderful with friendly and attentive staff. GF beer on menu and waiter was knowledgeable about GF options. The pasta carbonara was delicious (penne) and daughter had grilled salmon and potatoes. They also brought out fresh GF rolls. The portions are huge! Husband is not GF and enjoyed a regular pizza. Absolutely fantastic glutenfree pizza The staff knows about gluten sensitivity vs celiac disease and is extremely helpful when choosing a dish. Glutenfree pizza is delicious. They cook it in the same oven with regular pizzas(the staff double checked that I don’t mind) but they use a special plate for cooking to avoid cross-contamination. Be careful not to choose risotto for which they use the water from boiling pasta.

Showed them my Coeliac translation card and they seemed to understand. Was told they could not guarantee 100% no cross contamination, about a 90% guarantee (this is the same as UK so no problem for me personally, it just covers themselves I did ask if the pasta was boiled with fresh water to avoid cross contamination which they said yes it does. I had the gluten free carbonara which was lovely it was made with penne pasta which was a slight letdown, as being in Italy, I was hoping mine would be spaghetti type pasta like my partner’s normal carbonara, but it was tasty nonetheless!
