"First of all, the pizzas are very good. we asked to pick up at the local and eat in our apartment as we were very close. We were surprised that we had to wait 1 hour from the order, although we accepted. But when we went by to pick them up at the agreed time we had to wait there for another half an hour. Sometimes it is preferable to know how far you can get and not want to cover more than you can because what could be a pleasant experience for the customer becomes something not so good. We were tempted to try again in the following days but we didn't dare. I don't even want to think if that happens to you sitting in your place."
