"Uno dei migliori ristoranti, siamo stati divinamente a cena! Abbiamo preso un antipasto di verdure in tempura dall'impasto leggero e croccane, un carciofo alla romana buonissimo (anche se forse un poco piccino). A seguire due ottimi primi, una cacio e pepe ed una carbonara (gentilissimi ci hanno preparato come richiesto una versione con gli spaghetti). Per terminare un dessert bomba, il bignamisu, buonissimo. Il servizio super attento e cordiale, la saletta al piano di sotto con cantina molto bella. Siamo poi tornati per un pranzo e come prima sono stati davvero molto gentili, anche appoggiandoci a cambiare tavolo all'interno perché in veranda non volevamo sentire il fumo di un tavolo a fianco. A pranzo abbiamo preso il trancio di baccalà con olive e pomodorini gialli, uno dei migliori piatti di pesce che abbiamo mai assaggiato! Il fritto in tempura perfetto come la prima volta, invece le patate cacio e pepe non sembravano appena fritte.. anche il bignamisu non era speciale come la prima volta (può anche essere che fossimo noi in un mood differente, eravamo in partenza). Prezzo adeguato alla qualità di cibo, servizio e locale. Torneremo sicuramente quando saremo a Roma di nuovo!"

Our pasta and secondi were really great! The tempura artichoke were a little greasy, and maybe a sauce?? Great wine list. Good service...just felt a bit rushed. Maybe our mistake was ordering all 3 courses at once.

we do not understand why this restaurant is in the Michael Guide, our visit was a great disappointment. the cacio e pepe tasted pure salt and no pfeffer and the consistency was not creamy at all, only a hard clapping one plate. when we brought it with the staff, they told us that it was the one that was coming and let us feel that we were the problem. the other dishes were not inspired, but it is not worth complaining about when we got the feeling that this was their standard. big bubbles and red wine kept us long enough at the table to take a chance on one dessert. the tiramisu was a long awaited light at the end of the tunnel and tasted excellent.
