Pret A Manger - Speisekarte

Enjoyed my drink here. Place wasn't too busy and we were served quickly. Nice place to have a drink and a chat.

The staff here are a bit rude and jaded. It's obviously a hard job, and I wasn't offended, but they should try a bit harder. Me asking for more soya milk turned their faces to stone.

We came here Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2023 as we were visiting a relative in hospital nearby. We were very grateful to find it open and the staff were so friendly too. Really made a difference. P.s. has high chairs for babies too Speisekarte ansehen

Good place to study. For some reason when I have Pret membership, they never miss my drink order, but when I’ve ordered without my membership, they’ve forgotten my order (or the system bugged out? idk). Employees are usually very helpful though.

I tripped on a slight rise at their doorway and fell breaking my glasses frame. Certainly my fault but manager was so helpful and so anxious to see that I was alright. Wouldn't let me pay for my sandwiches and lemonade when I went to purchase. The sandwiches are always so good and fresh at all of this chain, highly recommened!

Usually, this place is spot on with service, but on my visit on the afternoon of Jan 28th, things were off. The staff, an Asian woman in her 30s, came across as quite rude. Also, she missed giving me the 20% discount on food and didn't get my drink order right. Was in a hurry, so couldn't address it then. Just wanted to share for anyone visiting. Speisekarte ansehen

Here have wide range of food. I choose sandwich, water and fruit for my lunch. Which is very quick and easy. However, for my fruit, there are no spoon provided. Which is very annoying because the fruit are so sweet and I have to grab the fruit to eat making my hand so sticky. So I hope they are stick the spoon on the plastic bottle or ask customer will they need it when i paying the bill. I will still go Pret, but I may not buying the fruit again or bring my own fork and spoon.

I have used loads of different pret a mangers for years and have always found them great. However, when I went into this branch a member of staff was quite unpleasant. I went and asked for a decaf tea (quite a normal drink considering all the other drinks they offer). The woman behind the till responded by saying er no sorry we 're not starbucks and laughed, which I thought was so rude. Obviously I have since found out that they don 't serve decaf tea (even though they do serve decaf coffee) so I ordered something else, but I felt her response was unbelievably rude.

I 've always loved Pret and have even recommended it to many of my friends. However, today 25 Dec 23 around 3:40pm) I was deeply disappointed and hurt by the woman barista with a ponytail who served me. I wanted to claim my Pret perk and was about to order a caramel latte. Before I could finish speaking, she abruptly asked me to scan the code. I then mentioned that I also wanted a caramel latte. Instead of politely asking, 'Anything else? ' she scolded me rudely, questioning why I didn 't order both items together and expressing herself very impolitely. How can you yell so rudely at your customers? I understand that working during the holidays might be frustrating, but it shouldn 't be taken... Speisekarte ansehen
