"Me and my friends are huge fans of Preto in general. We travelled to the Queensway restaurant as our local branch was recently closed. As much as we love the food, the service and overall experience at Queensway was awful. We had missing side orders, waited an awfully long time for our plates, it was impossible to speak to a waiter as no one ever came over to us, even after finishing our meal, nobody came to clear our plates so we could enjoy a few more drinks (we then decided against the drinks as we felt we were being ignored) we were then told we had to pay the 12.5% service charge even though we had 0 amount of positive service. We won’t be visiting Queensway preto again, we will have to find another branch to dine at next time."

Really disappointed with Preto Queensway, I haven’t been there for a long time and now it’s not like before. Slow service, very dry meats, meat rotation to review, choice of poor accompaniment

Absolutely top quality meat from this rodizio style restaurant. Also the salad and sides are unlimited and there is a huge variety of interesting things to try. Friendly and attentive waiting staff. Highly recommended!

Was the worst Preto experience and one of the worst restaurant experiences ever!!!! The service was AWFUL! We had to wait about 20 minutes at least to get our plates, and more than one hour to get sauces for the meat and our sides. We asked 2 times for them, to be told just before we finished dinner that the waitress NEVER EVEN ORDERED THEM! The place was super crowded, dirty, with sticky menus and cards. We went for my mother's birthday who visited from abroad and we could have now be more disappointed. Its a definite NO!!!!! Such a waste of time and money.

We were the only ones in the restaurant so the people bringing the meat to the restaurant were coming one after the other. Non stop. We had to ask them to stop coming as there was no place on our food. We couldnt even begin a conversation as they were there every 30 seconds. Dont get me wrong. I know how the restaurant works as I have been to several locations. This was rhe first time that this happened. Probably because we were the only ones there. Also we needed tk find a waiter to order some drinks. We couldnt find one so we ended up not getting anything. Also we got the 1plus1 offer thats why it was worth our money. Otherwise it wouldnt be as good.
