Called in on the chance of a table and had a lovely meal. Everything was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend.

Gabriella gave us absolutely excellent service. She was friendly and patient with us through our allergy issues. The cocktails and desserts were the highlight of our day.

Two days ago we came to this restaurant for the first time. But... it's definitely not the last time. We have a wonderful evening with the attentive service, with the fine cuisine and wine and with the honest fee. We will certainly return.

I had a fantastic vegan meal with my partner. The restaurant offers a wide variety of plant-based options, and they even label which wines are vegan, which is a nice touch. Our server, the lovely Tuya, was exceptional and made our experience even better.

I placed an order through a large food company to deliver my order and the food never arrived. I called the Prezzo and a lovely lady by the name of Justine answered, and she was utterly amazing. What an asset to your company. She contacted the company on my behalf and found out what the issue was (my food was delivered to another address! . However, Justine was very helpful, so friendly and gave me some great advice. Will not be using that delivery company ever again but will be ordering from Prezzo Enfield happily.
