Great takeaway for the family. Lovely grilled meat with rice, bulgar wheat, salad and vegetables. Prompt service. Good value.

Really nice atmosphere and food is delicious, only concerning thing is my mum found a SHARD OF PLASTIC in her ice cream! But aside from that it is a very nice place.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were well taken care of. While it may not be a cheap dining option, if you're willing to spend a bit more, it's definitely worth it.

Bit pricey for what it is. Two adult meals, with one alcoholic drink each, and one child meal came in at £80 £90 with the tip). Other local restaurants at this price would include a starter. Food was really tasty, bit cold quite quickly. Waiting staff were fine. Wouldn't go again.

Even though this restaurant doesn't have a big terrace and a sea view like the one in Herne bay, this is easily the best one with breakfasts ‍ You d think, the same chain and 10 min drive, should be no difference, but here they just made it perfectly Loved the little yard/garden too, definitely will be back!

I had an enjoyable and relaxing experience sitting in the sun and enjoying a delicious meal. However, when I returned in May 2024, I was disappointed to find that the quality had declined. The service was poor, the plates were chipped, the portions were small, and prices had increased. The lamb was also chewy. It's sad to see how things have changed.

Edited: Been back twice since initial review and ordered in line again. It was back to being brilliant!! Really disappointing. I love their food and I ordered a collection. Realised I put the time wrong and phoned up the restaurant to find out how long it would take. Left my puppy at home and drove down to collect it at exactly the time I’ve been told it would be ready only to find they hadn’t started cooking it…. Went home disappointed as had to get back to puppy.

Wow! What a fabulous meal! I went on Tuesday evening with two friends and we had the most delicious dinner . My friend has a house in Turkey so she has been going for many years so I was a bit nervous but oh boy we were absolutely thrilled with our dinner . It’s always good to get lots of small dishes and share a main because you will miss out on all the yummy things . The restaurant itself is very comfortable and clean and nicely decorated and the staff we’re very nice too! We will be back !

We tried A La Turka for a special occasion and while the food was delicious and cocktails even better, there is room for improvement. The venue and atmosphere are amazing, we loved the ambience and everyone was having a great time. Cocktails were delicious and looked amazing. The food was piping hot and served stylishly with very good portions. The bread and salad for the table was welcome too. Service mid-week at about 50% capacity was very very very slow. Plenty of staff but just lots of waiting around to order or for food and drinks. I’ve seen it busier and I know others who said the service was great, so we will try again.
