Priya Authentic Indian Kitchen

Had a lovely meal last night, service was great, kingfisher beers were tasty, curry was excellent, all in all a great new place to eat in Ayr, can’t wait to come back, thank you.

Went for the first time on Friday evening and literally had the best Indian meal for many years! We’ve found our new ‘go to’ when we fancy a real, authentic and freshly made Indian meal!

When ordering takeaways locally i find it can be a hit or a miss. Priya is the only one that consistantly serves good quality food. The delivery time is always fast as well. The owners are civil on the phone and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, so I decided to check it out, and I must say, it lived up to its reputation. I tried a mixed plate with the masala puri and lamb rogan josh, and the lamb was absolutely incredible—it melted in my mouth. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit, and I will be back soon!

We were looking forward to trying Priya last nite and it certainly did not disappoint. The most delicious authentic Indian food I have ever tasted. Mince samosa to start was amazing, from the pastry to filling and the chickpeas that came with it... wow! Kashmiri Rogan Josh was like nothing I've ever tasted before, so fresh and fragrant! I had a terrible experience at this restaurant last night after driving from Glasgow, and I have to say it was definitely not worth the trip. I ordered the sweet chili chicken, which was soft and tender, but the flavors were underwhelming. The chicken tikka chasni was decent, and the garlic naan actually had a good garlic flavor. We tried a couple of other dishes as well, but overall, the meal didn't live up to expectations.

I read the reviews and decided that it was worth a try. because it's my men's 50th birthday on Monday and he loves Indian food, I thought it was a nice tasty bite for him. I've never been so sharp on Indian food, but that's changed since the visit priya! I would strongly recommend it. that was delicious. we had the early bird menu 2 courses for £10. our total bill including 3 alcohol-free drinks plus we added a peshwari naan (yummmmy) was just £28.15 will definitely be back.

With my partner’s 50th birthday coming up on Monday and his love for Indian food, I thought it would be a great treat for him.
