Tengo sentimientos encontrados, el sitio es precioso, la ubicación también, un lugar de ensueño. Pero algo caro, una cerveza de 1/5 4€. No para todos los bolsillos.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Puntagrande Hotel (or if you just stay in the area) You do not have this restaurant, both for the place and for the absolutely excellent cuisine. A great experience!

I visit this extraordinary place for the third time since 2003: the restaurant was always closed. Again this visit! But: After a short discussion with a young lady, we could order coffee and tea. What a surprise if it serves some fine rest of the cake like a greeting from the kitchen .

Un hotel muy pequeño al final de un promontorio. El hotel sólo tiene cinco habitaciones pero una vista al mar absolutamente increíble. Hay un bar que abre a las 19:00, pero hay que llamar con antelación. Todo el bar/restaurante es como un museo con cosas de barcos antiguos. El restaurante estaba cerrado cuando visitamos pero hay otro muy cerca.

Walking on El Hierro with friends, mainly coming to look at the famous small hotel. The restaurant was a welcome surprise with a delicious lunch and attentive service. Hearing the waves and strong breeze outside big windows while eating nice seafood gave (some of us) the energy for the walk back to Frontera, while the ones who had eaten a bit too much gladly accepted a lift from staff. Would certainly like to come back!

Don't lose sight of a movement. At these dinners you have to be careful of everything. the dishes, the glasses, the cutlery, the exclusivity of the wines, the flavors, the music and the atmosphere full of history. What attracted me the most is that along the dinner, the owner (david) comes between plate and dish to tell the history of the hotel and the island of iron. a story that hooks and fascinates. a story that david adorns with real images, rescued or donated objects and a thread that leads us through the events of that beautiful place.All that makes a simple dinner an unforgettable moment.

Since David Paula bought the hotel, we come to this beautiful restaurant. They bring so much love and warmth to any aspect, including the wonderful restaurant. The food is so tenderly cooked with so much taste that you can taste the love that goes into any dish. The magnificent decor is so tempting for me as a former sea captain. Memories of my former profession are everywhere. The service was spectacular and we loved the little pears Sorbet served between the main course and Dessert. The world-wide culinary experience of the chef was shown in the dazzling Thai Krug-Starter. All in all, our usual wonderful visit ended with beautiful hugs of these two, very beautiful people. This rather famous little hotel (of 2 rooms is located on a pier type outcrop and has become a sort of foodie experience, doing interesting things with food (with a level of success being subject to the individual palate and charging appropriately.
