"We have been coming to the rainbow restaurant for the last several years, it’s our go to whenever we visit Hastings and honestly I can’t recommend it enough The food and service cannot be faulted in our experience, there’s a great variety on the menu, it’s always fresh, generous in portion sizes and I eat a lot) well prepared and always tastes brilliant, in comparison to what most other places charge I can’t fault the value for money either. We’re always shocked at how quickly and efficiently the food comes out, there was 12 of us on our last visit a few weeks ago, lots of different orders, some with specific requirements, in these cases sometimes it’s understandable as we are human to make the odd mistake or two but again everything was perfect, and service just as quick and efficient as always! All the staff members are more than helpful and go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect, we often talk to the same staff members year after year and sometimes they even come out of the busy kitchen to say hello. Over the years one of the waitresses Sharna has especially been great, always really good to have a chat with about anything, always goes above and beyond and rushes of her feet to make sure everyone has what they need, she’s an asset to the rainbow, we will keep coming to the rainbow for years to come, have had lots of good food and made many great memories here and many more to come! If you want to go to a restaurant that serves great food at great prices with great service, and friendly staff, this is the place for you."

A day out in Hastings but decided not to go to my favourite blue chip shop, so went here instead and had an omelette...... and chips. Glad I did. Really nice homely little restaurant, good food, good coffee, good service. One for my little black book! Speisekarte ansehen

The waitress was very nice, we love fish chips. We were able to eat with a view of the sea and got our food very quickly. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and we really liked the name of the restaurant. We would like to come back again.
Very happy with this café. Warm welcome and polite helpful staff. Ayda was our waitress and she was wonderful! We sat down and served very quickly. Food was served very quickly and was very nice and reasonably priced. Highly recommend you try the rainbow cafe!!

Go to rainbow regularly, in our morning visits we have there breakfast and in the afternoon's when I visit I have a tea and toasted teacake the staff are always happy and welcoming the food is great and and well priced and the restaurant is always spotlessly clean Speisekarte ansehen

We visited today as a family group of eight, something for everyone one on the menu from jacket potatoes , burgers to fish and chips, friendly staff , food was delicious and served piping hot : definitely recommend for a great price family restaurant by the seaside !

I had breakfast here on Sunday. a great location (only at the end of the george street) to see the world over. also the outside area is a bit of a sunfall with decent weather. a good value English breakfast, beautiful filter coffee and fast, friendly service. What is that?
