This is a wonderful traditional country pub. The price per person is between £1 and £10. The service and atmosphere both rate a 5 out of 5.

This is one of our favorite pubs. It has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The menu may not be extensive, but the food is always freshly cooked and the portion sizes are perfect for lunch.

Been going here for over 50 years more often again recently for Sunday lunch. The Landlady cooks a delicious Sunday roast and nice meal throughout the week, the Landlord curly pulls a mean pint of Henley and other beers. This small country pub offers excellent food. During my visit on a January evening, the restaurant was quiet, while a few locals were enjoying themselves in the other bar. I had been here before in the summer when it was much busier. It is clear that everyone here is dedicated to maintaining the traditional atmosphere of the pub.

The pub has a charming old-fashioned feel and is on the smaller side. It is family-owned and offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. We definitely plan on returning in the future. In terms of parking, there is limited space available. If parked correctly, there is room for roughly 5-6 cars. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20.

My favorite pub! I frequent many pubs, but this one is my favorite. It has an old-fashioned and unpretentious charm that is becoming rare in England. I hope it stays unchanged for a long time. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of southern England, with many scenic walks in the wooded hills that lead to the River Thames. A perfect spot for a pub lunch!
