"Very odd looking place. First of all put off by very miserable looking female staff. But as we had a small dog with us we decided as they were happy and had space we would stay. Glad we did. Very nice young man served us eventually. Confusing menu and specials board but he knew all the answers to loads of questions. Which was good as we had a vegetarian and a coeliac in our group. The food was great, we all enjoyed our choices. Soupand gluten free bread, mushrooms on toast with a poached egg, and fish finger sandwiches which were huge and very popular. One tip, if you are going to use heritage China, sterlizeto remove-old tea stains in cups. It looks dirty otherwise. Devote very unusual. Some chairs need more attention mine was Brocken at the back and too rickety to be safe. People todayare bigger then when 1950s chairs were made and they need to be strong enough. I’m under ten stone and I felt unstable my male friend could not have sat on it and he is not overweight At All!"

As a birthday present I had received a voucher for a cream tea with a friend of mine. It was delicious and we will certainly go back there a nice environment and very nice food and drinks.

The restaurant has a unique decor and offers delicious food. We enjoyed the pork stew, topped with crispy crackling, which was absolutely delightful. While the tables may be a bit close together, the tasty food more than makes up for it.

Used to be good see previous reviews but now seems to be permanently closed. And it's NOT in Gillingham it's in South Street, Dorchester (perhaps the DT1 postcode gives that away! . Pity that TA can't be more accurate this could be misleading.

All the food is homemade here and the cakes are amazing, the banana split is something else, didn't think I would be able to eat it all (but I managed just) All lovely mismatched bone china crockery and the way the waitresses are dressed adds to the quirkiness

We were warmly welcomed at this unique and friendly restaurant. The specials menu offered a variety of imaginative options. The warm mackerel sandwich and warm pork sausage sandwich with salad were delicious, especially when paired with fresh apple juice. We topped off our meal with cappuccinos and a shared homemade brownie, which rounded out the experience perfectly.

We have tried various restaurants around Dorchester, but we always find ourselves returning to Reloved. It is a charming and quirky little spot with delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff is consistently friendly and hardworking. The fact that it is always bustling speaks volumes. If you're looking for a unique dining experience with a vintage charm, I highly recommend giving Reloved a try.

"The Museum Inn, located in Farnham, Nr. Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 8DE We booked late on Friday night and only one room was available so it was meant to be! We arrived around 5pm and were greeted by friendly staff, shown to our room The Catch and made a reservation for dinner, luckily they still had spaces for dinner but it is advised to book in advance. Lovely spacious room and bathroom, kettle, teas, coffees and bottled water supplied. I have to say I fell in love with the hand wash and hand cream, I have already purchased some for home, the brand is called Bramley and the scent is Lavender, Geranium and Petitgrain. The bed is probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in that is not our own, soft feather pillows that were just right! Dinner was a three course meal and it was delicious, we took 2 hours to eat but never felt rushed or like we were waiting too long between courses. Starters: Ham hock terrine with sourdough toast and Prawn, potato and crayfish fishcakes. Mains: Burger and Steak Ale pie Desserts: Chocolate Brownie with cherry sorbet. Biscoff donuts with pumpkin pie ice cream Drinks: Poretti lager and Cherry cocktail. Breakfast: Eggs Royale and Smashed avocado, poached egg and bacon, absolutely scrumilicious! Big thanks to Amanda who served us this morning and checked us out. Highly recommend staying and eating here and we will 100% be back again! Safe travels! The Allsebrooks x"
