Good evening for our 40. Anniversary! The employees were brilliant even though they were really busy. Food was amazing. Really nice that she remembers that it was our anniversary when we had booked! Extra nice touch was the nightcaps after our meal. Will definitely go back! Speisekarte ansehen

Both my husband and I had a nice meal in this restaurant. The food was cooked for perfection and was plentiful. In addition, the owner really knows his wines and only stocks quality. If the grape is not good, he won't buy it. The service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant. 10 out of 10.

I ordered a takeaway on new years eve and after 3 hours of them making the delivery time later and later, they then claimed that the order was complete well I never received it. They offered to refund me £3, they effectively stole my money and did not deliver my food, thus utterly ruining what was already looking like a rubbish new year 's eve spent on my own. Don 't bother with this restaurant it is most certainly not worth it.

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over 3 years. The food is always amazing, but unfortunately, there was an issue with my order tonight. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone was very rude and obnoxious. Despite the delicious food, their poor customer service has caused me to stop ordering from them. After the end of a wonderful family day we ordered for 12. When it was late, we called the restaurant and we’re told it would be 5 minutes. After another call, food arrived 40 minutes later about an hour and a half later after the order Unfortunately the order contained lots that we didn’t order and the quality of food was genuinely shocking so most was wasted. The attitude from the restaurant was utter disinterest. We will never, ever, ever order from here again. Hunger is preferable.

I placed an order at 5:40pm on 10/16/21, and received a confirmation email for collection at 5:50pm. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and no one was inside. I waited for 50 minutes, knocking on the door with no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website multiple times, but no one answered. The live chat link on the confirmation email didn't work. I also emailed the address listed on the restaurant's Facebook page, but it bounced back. My account was charged for the order, and the tracking link still shows it as "preparing" nearly three hours later.

The staff were amazing, they did a thank you to the community for their support with an invitation buffet, food was good in stock and really delicious, rice was fluffy and delicious. Perfect. Thank you. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews, I feel compelled to work out something. The food was on site, it was kept warm on the buffet, which is not easy to do especially with rice, as it dries easily, but everything was good. The kitchen could be seen while getting drinks in the bar and I would say happy it was clean, but in use, nothing I would not expect to see in a busy restaurant middle layer, and it was busy waiting people to get a place busy.
