The choice offers a wide choice to fill all tastes... from gourmets to gourmets. Personally, I recommend the Tataki de Boeuf with Roquette, Grana padano AOP, olive oil and tomato sauce, balsamic cream... to accompany with mayonnaise with truffle and parmesan.
