We did the cocktail making class, We made the booking through virgin experiences which was super easy. When we contacted revolution to book the date, they didn’t have when we wanted (was for my birthday) so we opted for another date unfortunately. We got an email though from a lady called Claire saying we needed to pay 20% deposit even though it was a virgin experience voucher. So my partner called them and luckily Claire answered, however she was very rude to him and was talking to him as if he was a child which got his back up. This was a rare and spontaneous outing, but I was very impressed once again with my experience at this restaurant. The staff were all excellent, very welcoming and relaxed. It seemed like they were either chilling before the crowds arrived, or that's just how they always are. There were five of us and we were all impressed with the high-quality and attentive service. The atmosphere was relaxing and the prices were affordable for those on a budget. There were some great deals and a wide variety of food options, especially for vegans. Went for a drinks masterclass, the server Luke, was great. Made it really enjoyable. Nice little experience to do, I think he should get paid more as he was lovely. But we went to go get food as part of the experience afterwards was when the problem started. We weren 't on their system but were down on their paperwork for the 3-course meal; general staff was nice enough, and said their manager Claire would be out to sort this. We were waiting a while, but we didn 't see her come out to help us. The music was deafeningly loud (we were sat right next to a speaker), we asked someone if they could turn it down, and they said 'they 'd have to ask the manager, but they 'd probably say no.
